クイーンベッドの部屋で予約したつもりだったが、出てきたのはツインベッド ベッド間はブラジル並に広いのでくっつけるのも難しい
まぁそこは良いでしょう
でもチェックイン時もアウト時も両方レセプションに人が居なくて時間掛かるってのは少々いただけない
隣にマックとサブウェイ、現金のみのレストランがあるので晩御飯には困らないのが救いか

Just disaster!!!
Had booked a three-bed business room, should then get a two-bed room.
Since all triple rooms were occupied, we got a "comfort" double room with a sofa bed.
The reception manager would not have been on site until two days later to clarify the reimbursement of costs...
The bathroom was a highlight...! The toilet flush needed service, as did the toilet brush.
Because when used, the handle came out, and the rest of the brush and handle stayed in the container.
The converter from the bathroom faucet to the shower was also in need of repair and last but not least, I wasn't even billed after asking for it
issued as this was a business trip. The only comment from the reception manager was "I should get this from the online provider
issued through whom I booked the hotel".
In summary, this hotel is NOT recommended!!!

Wir waren für eine Nacht aufgrund eines Konzertes im Hotel. Das Personal ist absolute spitzenklasse, freundlich und zuvorkommend! Frühstück absolut gut und ausreichend. Das Zimmer (das günstigste und kleinste) war mehr als ausreichend ! Sauber und alles da was man braucht! :)
Einziges Manko - Spinnen an Fenster und leider auch im Zimmer, wobei das meckern auf hohem Niveau wäre.
Würden jederzeit wieder kommen :)

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean spacious room. Good breakfast (optional) to start the day. Free parking was available outside (not always close to the hotel). Location was convenient for access to Sinsheim and Speyer.
Not so good: very hot and no airconditioning and one small fan. Our room faced a busy road with large lorries moving late at night so keeping the windows open was not an option (we had asked in advance for a quiet room but this was the best we got). Only 2 small pillows on the beds. No in-room facilities - no kettle, no tea/coffee, no ice, no refrigerator, no iron or hair dryer, so very very basic.

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal, großem Zimmer, sehr leckerem und reichhaltigen Frühstück. Eine Bar ist auch vorhanden. Das ruhige große Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, ein großes Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Ventilator, TV und Steckdosen mehr als genug. Das Bad ist okay , die Dusche jedoch etwas klein. Sehr gefreut habe ich mich über das vorhandene Duschgel/Seife, riecht unglaublich gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist nett eingerichtet und zum Frühstücken ist alles vorhanden um gut in den Tag zu starten. Fußläufig vom Hotel gibt es gleich MC Donalds, Subway und ein Restaurant. Auch ist ein Industriegebiet mit Obi, Globus und Co nicht weit entfernt. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit allem was man braucht. Von Semmeln, Brot über Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Honig, Schokoaufstrich, Müsli bis hin zu Eiern und kleinen Frikadellen. Tee in großer Auswahl so wie Cafe aus dem Vollautomaten, Orangensaft und Fusionwater.
