Hotels with Parking in Hoa Lu District

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were really attentive and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the view onto the lake from the balcony and the pool were great. The hotel itself and the grounds were also very clean and well kept. Free bicycle hire was very useful and all in all, I would highly recommend this place to everyone, a I would definitely stay here again!

The resort is located in a quiet area, surrounded by beautiful nature with a view to the rock formations. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff is very friendly, but we would especially like to mention Chi, who welcomed us so warmly. We enjoyed the Christmas buffet with a fantastic show and excellent food. The resort has a beautiful pool as well. We can only recommend this resort and would come again.

Stayed in the bungalow for 2 nights. The room was ok, but the bathroom was not great. I could smell the toilet as soon as we were shown our bungalow for our stay which was not impressive, so we had to close the door every time. The bathroom looked half done. There was no shower, just a bathtub with a shower head that sat waist high, which meant it was very awkward for those that don’t want to use the bath. The mirror was too large at the sink that the corner was over part of the nailed shut window. The bungalow we stayed at was near the massage and spa place along with pool tables next to it. This was noisy in the mornings. The only saving grace was the view outside the bungalow, and being able to enjoy the mountain at sunrise before visitors arrive during the day. They had a restaurant located on site which closes around 9.30pm. The food was standard and nothing special, and the first morning they didn’t have a breakfast buffet. Instead they had a given us a menu which was hand written, and told to pick what we wanted to order for breakfast. The options were very limited and my noodles were very oily. I would save my money and stay elsewhere, or just take the day trip from Hanoi. It may have been worthwhile if we chose a different lodging option but I definitely would not be running back to stay. The staff were nice and booked us taxis into town as there was not much nearby to eat something decent. I left feeling extremely disappointed, and initially when we booked the room the photos seemed to show a different story. I wish I took photos to show the disappointment, but it was the last thing on our mind.

We realized once we arrived that we had reserved the perfect place (Nan House) to see Tam Coc. Nan House is located about a 5 minute bike ride off the main road where the boat rides and businesses are located. The main road is very active with crowds, lights and motor bikes. So we were glad we reserved at Nan House, which was a quiet oasis. The staff is friendly and helpful, as was the owner. We spend 3 nights at Nan House. We had breakfasts and dinners at the Nan House Restaurant, which were excellent. Free bicycles are available and the owner kindly arranged for a driver to take us back to Hanoi. He also arranged for a driver to take us to areas that were too far to reach by bicycle. It was a wonderful stay that I highly recommend to others.

Mixed feelings about the hotel, it didn't look bad in the photos, they are super edited and made with some AI, however when we got there we found a few problems with the room, initially it was not exactly as shown in the photos. It had some details that became important, such as there was no remote control and it happened in more than one room, (I found out when I reported everything to the reception), the shower did not work properly, it did not hold to the wall so you had to be grabbing it, and the cleaning was not the best. I spoke with the manager a couple of times on the phone, (since he never showed up at the hotel) and after much arguing that they were not going to refund my money and that they were thinking of sending me to a hotel that from the photos looked quite poor as it should be. which I had already paid, after a while they changed us to a better one in which we had no problem. I was left with a bittersweet feeling since after the bad time a solution was reached, which was in my favor. It is worth mentioning that if it were not for the misleading images and the details that were made important, the hotel in general terms was quite good. (except for breakfast).

Absolutely incredible - one of the highlights of our entire stay in Vietnam. The scenery was simply breathtaking - and even though we visited in Vietnams winter time (and so the sky was pretty cloudy, and the fields rather bare), it was still so beautiful and so peaceful to wander around.The homestay had been built by the owner and her family, and is run as a family affair - but they still made sure to be attentive and provide a professional service. Choosing to stay in one of the bungalows, it really exceeded our expectations. Each bungalow came with a wooden deckchair, hammock, balcony and tea area - and everything had been well thought out for catering to guests needs. The homestay also provided bicycles for free, which was an added bonus. I would happily come and stay here again. Its the perfect place for families and couples who are looking to enjoy a peaceful time in Vietnam, and an ability to immense yourself in nature.

Cannot speak highly enough of this place. It's a wonderful jungle retreat. The huts are very comfortable with aircon, en suites, a plunge pool and soft beds. Food is also superb with all the traditional Vietnamese dishes as well as Western options. The staff are incredibly obliging especially Candy who even taught us how to ride the automatic scooters. Have a go on the scooters, it's easy to learn, great fun and navigation a doddle with Google maps. The Hotel also has a swimming pool which was very welcome after a long day touristing!

The bungalows were located at a walking distance from some attractions. The hotel manager (and her two extremely adorable kids) were very kind and hospitable even though they were clearly short-staffed leading to forgetting some of the requests. The family room was quite spacious. The breakfast was a little bit underwhelming but for the price paid, it was worth it. The hotel offers an impressive range of services from renting scooters to arranging boat tours.
