The view around the hotel grounds was amazing. The room was clean and the staff was kind! I want to go again.

What an exceptional setting. The beauty of the surroundings certainly made our stay. Loved the outdoor bathroom set into the cliff face. Staff efficient, friendly and met all our needs. Breakfast was enormous and so much variety. Recommend staying here.

Surprisingly, we were the only couple at their hotel during peak lotus bloom season. The restaurants, bars and shops were empty at night. They planned to be lively at night, but no one was there during our stays. The price of this hotel is quite high when comparing to the price of other hotels in the area.

The room was nice and the hotel is set in a very beautiful scenery! Great pool and unique setting. The staff was very nice, especially the driver Tuan! He is super friendly and helpful and drove us safe wherever we wanted to go. On top of it, he had great music taste :)

Firstly, this is not an ecolodge, towels are changed every day even if you don'twant it, baths and lots of plastic waste. Secondly, it is advertised as a peaceful location. It is in the centre of a very busy tourist attraction where the public can walk past your rooms. A party went on during our first night with music blaring until 11.30pm. Thirdly, we had booked a room with a mountain view, but we were apparently upgraded to a room that looked out on the back of the Spa, with the AC outlet pumping hot air in our direction. Being nearer the pool was supposed to compensate which it didn't! Lastly, the service in the restaurant was poor at times. We ordered an evening meal for 3. The first one arrived, when that one had been eaten the second arrived, and when that one had been eaten, the third still hadn't arrived. We canceled and left in disgust. On a positive note, the setting is beautiful and at night when the tourists have gone, the area is beautifully lit with lanterns. The staff were friendly and tried to help. A pool table was available to use. This was by far the most expensive place we stayed in, by more than double. I wish I had booked elsewhere as it just wasn't what I had hoped for or worth the money.

We had booked this property for one night and had a very bad experience. They do not have anyone to get the luggage ro the room and one has to help themselves. There was no elevator so the luggage had to be dragged to first floor up almost 30-40 stairs. It gets pitch dark after evening with almost no option to step out and extremely no choice at their restaurant for veg food. Breakfast also had the same issue as we had to order and they did not had any veg option. The veg rice I ordered had ants in it. The night we stayed had heavy downpour and next day the entire resort was floating. There were fishes all around and the staff was busy fishing fresh water fishes. The entire resort was flooded. The washroom was leaking and there was no one to fix.

It is not worth it to stay here over night. Should have done a day trip from Ha Noi only

Lovely hotel with great rooms (but annoying shower in bathtub situation) but it’s literally at the entrance to Hang Mua viewpoint so it’s very very crowded and noisy during the day and eerily deserted at night. But very helpful staff who gave us breakfast at 6.30 in the morning (and good breakfast too).

Stayed in the bungalow for 2 nights. The room was ok, but the bathroom was not great. I could smell the toilet as soon as we were shown our bungalow for our stay which was not impressive, so we had to close the door every time. The bathroom looked half done. There was no shower, just a bathtub with a shower head that sat waist high, which meant it was very awkward for those that don’t want to use the bath. The mirror was too large at the sink that the corner was over part of the nailed shut window. The bungalow we stayed at was near the massage and spa place along with pool tables next to it. This was noisy in the mornings. The only saving grace was the view outside the bungalow, and being able to enjoy the mountain at sunrise before visitors arrive during the day. They had a restaurant located on site which closes around 9.30pm. The food was standard and nothing special, and the first morning they didn’t have a breakfast buffet. Instead they had a given us a menu which was hand written, and told to pick what we wanted to order for breakfast. The options were very limited and my noodles were very oily. I would save my money and stay elsewhere, or just take the day trip from Hanoi. It may have been worthwhile if we chose a different lodging option but I definitely would not be running back to stay. The staff were nice and booked us taxis into town as there was not much nearby to eat something decent. I left feeling extremely disappointed, and initially when we booked the room the photos seemed to show a different story. I wish I took photos to show the disappointment, but it was the last thing on our mind.
