My partner and I have been very comfortable in the accommodation. Absolute cleanliness, great buffet breakfast with Vietnamese and western options. Reception staff very attentive and pleasant. The room was comfortable, spacious and with quality linens. Mattress a little hard for our taste. The entire Boutique hotel was designed and decorated with taste and detail. The swimming pool is very good.
They have a store to buy products that they make themselves. It is on a secondary street in the center of Tam Coc so you can breathe tranquility but knowing that in a 5-minute walk you have all the options to eat and book excursions or transport. We highly recommend it.

We booked two rooms for a mini break from Hanoi for Tet. Me and my husband and I had stayed here last year and really loved the hotel and location so we're keen to return with friends. The check-in was a bit of a nightmare as I assume they have had a change in policy since our last visit as they did not accept passport scans and insisted on our visa details, too. This was completely different from last year and awkward as our passports were in the process of being renewed, so we didn't have them to bring along. Eventually, they let us stay, but I couldn't help but think this could have been made clearer prior to arrival. The hotel sends out detailed information about the hotel prior to arriving, and this info should be added to that. The above aside, we all enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms were huge and super comfy with a great balcony. The breakfast was super tasty and varied enough for a few days. The pool is not heated, but it has a decent length and is okay when you get going with laps. We hired a few bikes for a morning, and these were much better than expected, very sturdy, and done the job easily

Le Clos du Fil is a wonderful oasis of peace in Van Lam Village, close to Ninh Binh. The hotels are fabulous exudes an atmosphere of calm and good taste. The hotel is beautifully decorated with old antiques and objects. Lovely rooms, a delicious restaurant, super pool and the ost courteous and friendly staff imaginable. We could not recommend it more highly, We had a ost wonderful 2 days there.

Hotel con la camera un può sporca. Niente di eccezionale. Il bagno aveva un odore sgradevole. Abbiamo cenato presso Restorante è stata una esperienza non molto positiva: I camerieri non capivano o facevano finta di non capire. Il cibo è scadente.

The Clos du Fil is a very nice hotel in a great location near the Tam Coc area in Ninh Binh. Our room overlook the mountains and the view was quiet spectacular from the balcony. It's walking distance to many restaurants in town and also the Tam Coc pier for the boat ride. The breakfast was basic. They had a workshop with embroidery and other crafts. It looked like guests can participate in some craft activities but we did not partake. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in Ninh Binh.

L’hôtel est très bien placé à proximité de l’embarcadère et des restaurants. Transfert possible par bus depuis Hanoi ou/et vers la baie d’Halong maritime, plusieurs agences sur la rue principale. La décoration de l’hôtel est très belle avec des produits artisanaux fabriqués sur place et qui sont à vendre si besoin. La chambre suite était exceptionnelle. Très très jolie vue sur les rizières. Grande taille et ambiance calme et paisible. Salle de bain très fonctionnelle. Petit déjeuner correct. Location gratuite de vélo pour visiter les alentours. Très beau séjour.

Very nice hotel
Lovely hotel - located in a quiet street. Helpful staff all over - but a bit better english in the reception would have been nice - but they were sweet and it worked fine.
Nice breakfast with everything you need. Had dinner twice - really tasty. Big rooms and very clean - good with the balcony.
Speciel is the embroidery items all over the hotel - a woman is embroidering it in a small workshop - and there is s fine shop.
City center of Tam Coc very near with a lot of restaurants.
If I should come back - this hotel would be my first choice.
