This place is the best and the family who owns it are the nicest people. The owner, Ruby, she welcomed us and served ice cold water while informing us about the hotel, the town and all the tourist attractions in and around the Ninh Binh area. The rooms are very clean, laundry service is offered, the pool is great, the breakfast/lunch is great and Ruby and her family really made us feel at home. Ruby’s husband offered to drive us to a lot of the attractions and wait for us all day to take us home again. Ruby’s father has a restaurant in the town where we tried the specialty of Ninh Binh. Fried goat on a stick with seasoning and sesame seeds. It tasted surprisingly 😋 and we recommend you to try it, if dining at Fathers Cooking.

The owners can not help you enough. Very kind and thoughtful. Rooms are clean with large bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic including the mango that just fell off the tree. Pool is clean and refreshing. Many places may offer similar but how you get it here is the best experience.

un accueil comme en famille les jeunes propriétaires sont au petit soin la chambre est très bien piscine mais pas utilisé à cette periode le petit déjeuner est fantastique on se croirait comme à la maison il nous ont conseillé et aider pour nos visites on a louer un scooter pour la balade en bateau et la pagode de bai dinh je le recommande totalement encore un très grand merci a tous et à mama et Johnny on reviendra avec grand plaisir

Amazing home stay with great owners who helped us with everything we needed. Pool area is really good too and the breakfast was one of the best we’ve had. It’s off the Main Street down an alley so it’s perfect for a good nights sleep but still in the centre for all the restaurants and bars. If we ever return to Vietnam we will definitely stay here again!
