Comfortable, pleasant pool, highly recommended, with a lovely view from the terraces, just steps from the center and the possibility of taking a trip to Tam Coc. They also lend you bicycles, which is 10/10 recommended for Ninh Binh, but there aren't many, so you'll have to be ready early to leave or try another time. What surprised us, and perhaps not a bad thing, was that they charged us for water (no hotel had ever charged us before, a trivial matter). Sometimes water would accumulate in the shower.

Building and room are a bit old. Location is a bit far from main street. Muddy walk during rain. Service is ok. However. I would choose a homestay closer to main street in future.

My daughter and i just had the best vacation ever! The place is so peaceful, very relaxing environment, very attentive and welcoming owner and staff! We surely will be back again hopefully soon and will always stay with Tam Coc Liberty Hall

It’s hard to describe, not cost-effective, and I won’t stay here next time anyway. The price is probably around 500 per night in Vietnam. My colleagues and I were bitten all over by bed bugs. When we got home, we had flowers all over our bodies, and even when we pinched the blood, we still itched unbearably. The swimming pool is indoors, and the children swimming were so exciting that we couldn't even take a nap. Two bottles of water are free in the room. If you want an extra bottle, you will have to buy it. The waiters can speak Chinese and go to surrounding attractions. The hotel provides free bicycles. We can hire a hotel car to take you back to Hanoi Airport, which is cheaper than Grab and can issue an invoice.

It's a little way back from the street lined with restaurants, so it's quiet! The view from the rooftop terrace is amazing! They also have free bicycle rentals and the staff were very kind.
