Loved my two night stay here with my mother. Super quiet with good blackout curtains and AC, great for sleep. Shower had outstanding pressure and hot water, though they took the river stone trend pretty literally and you'll want to bring slides (provided with the room) into the WC. Breakfast choices were simple, home cooked, and wholesome.
Staff were WONDERFUL and we really enjoyed our garbled Vietnamese interactions with the sweet housekeeper. The manager speaks excellent English and was very helpful arranging a private car as well as train station transport, and even the train tickets themselves when I was having trouble with the system.
The place is super pretty and tucked into a quiet corner of things while still being only a few minutes walk from Cam Toc's frenetic central area. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Highly recommended!

Great location in Tam Coc
Great location. Average accommodation but was extremely well priced. The host was willing to assist but doesnt speak English well. Breakfasts were very nice

We had an amazing 3-day stay here. Hannah the caretaker is so caring and warm.. We checked-in early morning and got early access for a nominal amount. She made crepes and got fruit for my daughter though our complimentary breakfast was starting the next day. The location is ideal with plenty of eateries around including vegetarian and vegan options (Indian food too). The rooms are spacious and clean and the property beautiful. We loved the homely ambience and safe neighborhood. Ik particular Hannah made sure we were well taken care of and even got us our favourite fruits from the market. I would definitely visit again and recommend this homestay to families. She also made us fresh vegetarian brekfast evey morning which was delicious.

Sehr süßes, kleine „Hotel“. Die Hausdame ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die teilweisen negativen Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen . Sie bemüht sich wahnsinnig und trotz der schwierigen Kommunikativen gibt es keine Probleme. Die Zimmer sind sauber und man hat alles, was man braucht. Frühstück ist ausreichend und lecker, wird frisch zubereitet!

Very unique place, nice room and very tidy. Very friendly service from the host who went out of her to make sure that we hada comfortable stay. Would definitely go back. laundry service was prompt, food great. really good location to tam coc.

Very good and homely property. Had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was very wholesome and fresh. Rooms are cozy and cute. Do ngan made us wonderful food and she is a very caring sweet lady. Ten dao hue is also very kind and helpful. Will surely recommend.
