Останавливались на одну ночь в домике 104. Гостиница на берегу озера, откуда начинаются прогулки на лодке. Постель комфортная, полотенца есть, кроме ножных, что странно с устройством слива в противоположном от душа углу, потому как вода течет через весь санузел. Халатов нет. Сланцы резиновые. Вай-фай работает. Кондей работает тихо. Вода бесплатная две бутылки, как впрочем и везде во Вьетнаме. Завтрак по заказу из меню блины или омлет плюс напиток. Мужчинам маловато, девочкам ок. Рядом полно кафешек в шаговой доступности. Пункт продажи билетов на лодки 10 минут пешком вдоль озера.

Excellent accommodation for those who want to spend a weekend in Ninh Binh and enjoy this beauty. The accommodation is clean, the staff is very polite, there is a bike and bicycle rental. There are breakfasts

Top location, on the road around the lake. Nice room. Clean. Good bathroom. Nice garden. Everything comfortable. Super friendly staff. Swimming pool (small) not tried. Breakfast not special, but if you don't like that many options nearby. And also at a good price.

El hotel es muy rústico, si bien la habitación es amplia y cómoda le faltan servicios básicos. El agua caliente es limitada, te ofrecen té o café pero no ponen ni azúcar ni edulcorante, pocas toallas, no hay TV. El personal es escaso, son dos personas atendiendo todo el hotel. La recepción muchas veces está vacía y hay que dirigirse hacia un kiosco a dos casas para llamar al dueño. La mujer encargada de hacer y servir el desayuno no habla ni entiende inglés. Pero tienen buena voluntad y predisposición.

Loved my two night stay here with my mother. Super quiet with good blackout curtains and AC, great for sleep. Shower had outstanding pressure and hot water, though they took the river stone trend pretty literally and you'll want to bring slides (provided with the room) into the WC. Breakfast choices were simple, home cooked, and wholesome.
Staff were WONDERFUL and we really enjoyed our garbled Vietnamese interactions with the sweet housekeeper. The manager speaks excellent English and was very helpful arranging a private car as well as train station transport, and even the train tickets themselves when I was having trouble with the system.
The place is super pretty and tucked into a quiet corner of things while still being only a few minutes walk from Cam Toc's frenetic central area. Didn't use the pool but it looked clean. Highly recommended!

Great location in Tam Coc
Great location. Average accommodation but was extremely well priced. The host was willing to assist but doesnt speak English well. Breakfasts were very nice
