A fantastic homestay, beautiful place with pool. Great hosts, very helpful with everything. Morning green tea with host. Bike hire, plus location is 3 minute walk to all great food and drink places. Scenery is amazing, a must stop over if heading to hanoi . great places to explore

Over rated. We found the place to be noisy from construction and the family were loud and shouting into the night and morning. But in the day time when you needed them they were asleep. Useless.. Big cockroaches in my room twice, not worth mentioning they won't do anything.

This was a great stay. We arrived in Ninh Binh on the busy Reunification holiday and were stuck at the train station without a Grab or taxi in sight — so the homestay staff kindly picked us up in a pinch! The room was clean. The breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Great location away from the hustle of Tam Coc. Lovely pool. Staff shared a list of local attractions and services they offer, like booking bus tickets etc. Would highly recommend staying here!

My husband and I visited Tam Coc and chose to spend 3 nights in this delightful, truly authentic place run by a family with husband and wife, two children and two grandparents. It is located 200m from the bus stop and the boat departure. Central but in a quiet street that runs along the lake. There are a few bungalow style rooms, large and clean with bathroom. Each has its own table with chairs outside to have an excellent freshly prepared breakfast chosen from the menu. There is also a nice swimming pool. The owners helped us with everything, from transfers to scooter rental at €4 per day with helmet. (here there is no insurance or compilation of rental documents). They gave us all the useful information to best visit the site.

Thanh and his wife are a hard-working couple with a pleasant place to stay. Plusses include an (unheated) pool, good-sized room, excellent breakfast served outside your room and willingness to help organize other elements of your trip. We rented a couple fairly beat up bikes from them for the day and used those to ride to Mua caves and Trang An boat rides. Another plus was the location of their place --- off the main drag with its accompanying noise and traffic, but an easy 5 minute walk to there. For the very low price, the place felt like a bargain.

very close to the center, restaurants and the boat trip without having the nuisance. cool but very pleasant swimming pool. efficient laundry service. Scooter and bike rental on site. good breakfast with fresh fruit juice. nice and friendly family, simple but clean room. bed made new every day and towel change. fridge and kettle in the room. a little noise before 9 a.m. due to neighborhood work and the construction of two new rooms

Welcoming, smiling hosts, ready to help, with a surprising level of English (and even French!). The rooms are spacious, clean and include fridge, kettle and hot water. The swimming pool is perfect. Breakfast is included (juice+coffee+choice of eggs or pancake+fruit). There is also the possibility of dining on site. The prices are affordable, the food is good and the hosts are very helpful. The wifi is excellent. The location of this accommodation is excellent, just a short walk from Tam Coc pier and the mini city center. I recommend 100%!
