I had a vacation here with my family, I must say the view here is very beautiful, majestic mountains and forests, surrounded by nature so the air is very fresh and airy. My parents love the atmosphere here. Haha, luckily my aunt and I took many beautiful photos. In addition, I quite like the food here, it suits my family's taste and is affordable. A big plus here is that the enthusiastic staff are always ready to support my aunts and uncles (everyone knows that adults often get lost and don't know many things). If I have the chance, my family and I will come back here, everyone who comes back from a trip feels happy and comfortable. I have to thank the friend who introduced me to this place.

I had a wonderful trip with my girlfriend. We got to see many beautiful sights. The place we stayed was amazing. The service was excellent, and the staff were enthusiastic and friendly. We found the meals here very delicious and perfectly suited to our taste. We hope to come back in the future.

The people at Xuan Son Lakeside Bungalow are simply fantastic. Rarely met such lovely people who run their accommodation with so much energy. Our son was a little sick on the last day, they were very caring about that. We were here with our family, three children. What absolutely surprised us was our overnight spot: a former coach/car bus had been transformed into a super fun place to sleep. Guaranteed success with kids!

Bellissima e suggestiva ambientazione direttamente sulla laguna. Camere pulite anche se un pò piccole. Dotate di tutti i confort e con vista sulla laguna. Piscina eccezionale, con vista splendida. Ottima la colazione. Personale attento e disponibile.

Stayed here for four nights. Rooms are not fancy, but have two queen beds, a fridge, ensuite and their own terrace / balcony on the lake. Call it 3 star rooms - but 5 star location, in what I'm pretty sure is the nicest surrounds in the whole Ninh Binh area, which is the whole reason to stay there. The owners are super friendly (and were understanding of a payment stuff up on my part). We'll definitely be back. Family dog was a bit overprotective of the bicycles though - which would be fine, but they're free for guests to use so it needs to chill out a bit. Being able to look out at the karsts across a lake from your bed though... *chef's kiss*
