We booked the apartment for the gym and the pool
We never got access other than when the lady took us arrival.
They show the facilities but you cannot access
The hotel/ reception via WhatsApp was poor to say the least.
Never really replied to us or if they did it was miles after the event as such.
The apartment should have guides and helpful information in as you would never know the light switch is the hot water.
All in all this was a shame as it has potential

This is a brand new hotel,staff is kindly and professional like other all over the world. From the airport to hotel just 20 minute by taxi.We can go to main view of the city by foot There is a bad smell in room,but we can stand.

The way the staffs treat you from front desk to reception, from in-house service to bellboy are wonderful and show the status of the 5 star hotels with proper training.

Well positioned hotel with great facilities and even better staff.. My view of the hotel world is that staff make or break a stay and the people who staff this hotel at every level are excellent representatives of establishment.
