When we arrived, we were shocked by the wellness hotel, and then we had to pay extra for entry to the wellness area. The water was very cold and definitely not 28 degrees, and every employee said something different. The wellness area for 4 hours cost 13 euros per person. Dinner was delicious 😋 I had veal schnitzel and my mother had pork cheeks. The breakfast wasn't my thing; I expected more Czech products. And to be honest, I was shocked at the way the waitresses walked around. It had nothing to do with a 5-star hotel.
