Wir hatten über das Buchungsportal des Campingplatzes "City Cam Hjorring" eine Nacht für einen Stellplatz gebucht. Das System hat uns diesen Stellplatz 2x gebucht und in Rechnung gestellt. Wir haben den Betreiber am Abreisetag nochmals darauf angesprochen und dieser versicherte uns den zuviel bezahlten Betrag (270 DKK) zurückzubuchen. Leider ist dies trotz mehrfacher Aufforderungen per Mail nicht erfolgt. Der Betreiber hat es noch nicht einmal für richtig empfunden auf die Mails zu reagieren. Schade, wir werden diesen Platz jedenfalls nicht mehr besuchen. Die Stadtverwaltung Hjorring wurde über den Sachverhalt informiert.

Die Campingplätze sind schön begrünt und grosszügig gestaltet. Allerdings empfanden wir das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis als unbefriedigend. Für 6 Nächte und zwei Personen haben wir 5.700 Kronen gezahlt, was uns an der Rezeption mit dem Dana Cup erklärt wurde. Die Lage war für uns ideal, da sie direkt am Dana Cup Gelände liegt. Trotzdem würde ich zu diesem Preis nicht noch einmal buchen, zumal spontane Gäste knapp die Hälfte gezahlt haben, da der Campingplatz nicht annähernd ausgebucht war. Die sanitären Anlagen sind leider veraltet, schlecht gewartet und oft schmutzig, insbesondere die Duschen. Zudem gibt es zum Abwaschen kein warmes Wasser. Daher kann ich diesen Campingplatz leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Für den Dana-Cup 24 haben wir bereits ein halbes Jahr im Voraus gebucht, weil es hiess, dass wegen des Dana-Cups die Plätze schnell ausgebucht sein werden. Resultat: Für 5 Nächte haben wir 5450 dänische Kronen (umgerechnet etwa 800.--) bezahlt. Unsere norwegische Nachbarn haben 3 Monate im Voraus gebucht und 4200 Kronen bezahlt. Der Platz war dann effektiv etwa zur Hälfte belegt. Gäste, die direkt beim Ankommen vor Ort gebucht haben, bezahlten 2500.-- Kronen. Wir finden das Abriss, um nicht zu sagen: Gaunerei. Tipp für nächste Dana-Cup-Reisende: Nicht Vorreservieren/Vorbuchen - der Platz wird nicht ausgebucht sein. Anderenfalls wird man über den Tisch gezogen.
