***LOCALS BEWARE*** My family was left standing there in tears, no options, no help and no compassion or empathy.... My sons 7th birthday surprise was supposed to be a 1 night get away utilizing the pool and free breakfast with his brothers!! What more could a boy want right?? Awesome pool and guaranteed waffles!! We had booked days in advance, made to seem like we became a member and apart of a family, gave us amazing offers on future vacations (so glad i declined). All the excitement came to an end quickly as we arrived. I went to check in showing the booking details and presented my ID, just to be quickly told that she would cancel our reservation FREE of charge because they do not rent to locals... LOCALS that's the only reason you will not take us?? I teared up knowing i was going to have to walk back out and explain to my boys that momma let them down.... I asked the lady one more time if there was anything else that i could do, get a manager or anything, she suggested that we find another hotel.... ANOTHER... your willing to push money out of the door... I would be more understanding if someone would have upfront declined us making the reservation due to local but to have it set a whole week to show up just to be told "oh that sucks you could go to another place" 423-888-1375 if you wanna contact me to make this right.

Very Quiet location, actually off the beaten path, we had a hard time finding it.Turn at Popeye’s Chicken. Comfortable bed, friendly staff. The rooms could use some TLC. They were clean, but need repairs. Looks like a burn hole on bedspread. Scrapes on floor and wall in bathroom needs repairs.

Common areas were good. Typical breakfast. Friendly Staff. Overall room condition poor. Water damage around tub in bathroom. "Upgraded" room could use a serious renovation.

I had a great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. The entire place appeared to be very clean and I had a beautiful, private view outside my window.

Good things - the water is nice and hot. The queen beds were comfy. Bad things -There were stains on the sofa mattress, stains on walls. Sofa bed mattress was very springy, needs replaced. The floor by the window was soft, needs fixed. It would be better if the queen beds were closer to the door side of the room and sofa bed was closer to the window side for safety reasons.

Our stay was great. We had 0 issues from the start to end. Breakfast options were great with different options for my family needs. I would 100% recommend this hotel keep up its great qualities to stay at the top of our list if we have to come back in the future.
