スタッフの対応もよく良い時間を過ごすことが出来ました。初めての人吉温泉でしたが、泉質が私好みでぬるっとしたお湯でお肌も喜んでいました。目の前に球磨川が流れており、繊月酒造や人吉城後なども近く散歩方々回る事もできました。到着時、ロビーでの飲み物のサービスや夕食前にお酒やソフトドリンクを飲みながらゆっくり過ごすスペースなどもありちょっと得した気分も味合わせていただきました。

温泉酒店距離人吉IC與人吉站都近，對面有生鮮超市，非常方便，環境非常好，球磨川就在窗下川流不息，距離人吉城跡很近。房間設施舊了，提供的浴衣不是棉質，酒店服務人員熱情，講述清晰明瞭。

リニューアルされて初めて宿泊しました。とてもきれいになっていて驚きました。玄関から入るところは、芸術的で繊月もあり、フロントまでのアプローチがとても由緒ある伝統を守っているホテルだと感じます。
フロントの方の対応が素晴らしく、チェックアウトした後、人吉観光のために荷物も預かっていただきました。笑顔で最後まで対応していただき、本当に気持ちよく過ごすことができました。本当にありがとうございました！
