落ち着いた大人向きのとても居心地の良いお宿でした。 階段が多いので不便を感じる方もいるかもしれませんが、少し高い位置から見る球磨川も良かったです。 おかみさんの接し方がとても心地良く、その点も含めてまた利用したいと思える宿でした。 温泉は岩がメインで風情がありました。 ただ、大浴場はシャワーなどは近代的ではありません。 湯底も岩が平らでないので、小さなお子さんやご年配の方などは注意が必要です。 部屋はリニューアルしてあり外観よりも近代的で細かい配慮がなされています。 部屋数が少なく、静かなのでトータル的にご夫婦向きかなと思います。 朝ご飯もとてもおいしくいただきました。
