The service of this hotel is very good. As soon as we parked the car, the staff used a trolley to push our luggage for us. There are two places in the lobby on the first floor that serve drinks, one of which also offers alcoholic drinks; there is also a footbath area on the first floor, and towels are thoughtfully provided. Dinner was Kaiseki cuisine, and each dish was very exquisite. When the dishes were served, the staff patiently explained how to enjoy them. All in all, the hotel has complete facilities, cleanliness and first-class service. An outdoor bath can relieve fatigue.

The room was spacious and very clean, and it even had an open-air bath, making it the best stay. Amenities and a nice basket bag were provided to take to the large public bath. The refrigerator in the room also had two complimentary bottles of premium beer and two bottles of dekopon juice. We were given a welcome drink in the lobby at reception, while listening to an explanation of the hotel and being shown to our room. On the first floor, various famous and aged shochu makers from Hitoyoshi were beautifully displayed, and although it was only available for a limited time, we were able to sample shochu, which I think is great for shochu lovers. The hotel had a calm atmosphere, the flowers were beautiful, and there were no noisy guests, so we were able to spend our time relaxing. This is an inn that I would definitely like to use again.
