It's within a 10-minute walk from Hitachi Station, but not very close. The hotel can clearly see its age, both on the outside and inside. The layout of the room is very classic, exactly the same as the hotel I stayed in Mito the night before, haha. Cleanliness is a given.

I booked a smoking room but when I entered there was no ashtray so I inquired about it and was told it was a non-smoking room. They said it had been changed to this in December. They said the information on the website was incorrect, but even though I booked a smoking room and paid a price that was not cheap... they did not offer me any advice on changing the room or anything. I was hoping for a comfortable stay, so I feel like I have missed out.

There is no sightseeing spot around, so it was a trip to enter the sauna and relax, but it was a good hotel to take the fatigue of the day at a cheap price.
