I had an amazing experience at Hotel Fortezza in Marmaris! Everything was perfect – from the friendly staff and comfortable rooms to the delicious food and relaxing atmosphere. We arrived on 31st of July for 11 nights and we are so happy to be here. Weather so great and hot, food in restaurants always so fresh. The sea water so clean and warm also! Animation team are so so great! Aruzhan so beautiful and happy Animator we have ever seen. 100/100 stars! Everyday connection on any activities she controlled. Bocha and darts killer hah. Water games so funny and interesting. Many many thanks for her attention on details and games. Wish to come back to this hotels again soon.

I don’t want to say anything about this hotel but about situation we saw today. A little girl and a woman just fall down through the line of seats during evening show. Why? Because owners of hotel ignore any safety rules. The construction of the tribune is destroyed by corrosion. The full line of seats just broke down over 4 meters height with people!!!! Thanks God everyone stayed alive. Don’t even think about coming close to this scene!!!! If you have a chance - change the hotel!

Fortezza Beach Resort is an incredible all-inclusive resort. First and foremost, the resort is absolutely beautiful with incredible views of the surrounding mountain area along the pier and picturesque sunsets every night. All-inclusive resorts have a bit of a reputation among some travellers but this was FAR better than what I've experienced elsewhere. Delicious food is available almost around the clock, there are many bars ensuring you can always get a drink served quickly, and because the beach is exclusive to the resort, you can feel safe leaving your belongings on a lounger without fear of theft etc. And bottled water can be easily found at any time of day in the many vending machines around the resort. Because this is a more upmarket resort price-wise it's also a good choice for people who want to avoid the cliches of all-inclusive places - groups of British tourists being obnoxiously drunk all day. I didn't see any of that - people were enjoying themselves but in control and respectful of others. The staff are lovely and incredibly helpful with any requests you might have. My only minor feedback would be that the resort could do a better job of preventing some tourists from claiming a lounger early in the morning with a towel and then leaving it unattended for hours at a time, preventing others from enjoying a poolside lounge. Also the only beer selection was Tuborg, which is fine, but a little variety would've been nice. These are only minor quibbles in what is truly a credit to the all-inclusive experience.

What an amazing place! We are a couple in a romantic gateway and this is our last day. Our experience here was the best! Good good, nice room. Beach close, pools excellent. Ignore all negative reviews! This place is absolute gem! I would like to firstly thank Anastasia from reception. The most kind and helpful lady at the reception. Smiling and always there to help. Everyone at the hotel was very professional and helpful. Housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff. Thank you Fortezza, will be back!!
