This is a super good hotel, very close to the ski resort. In fact, the staff’s service attitude is the most important thing when we go out to play. The front desk staff Cengiz who stayed here for the past two days has a very good attitude and is very willing to help others. It served as place to lay our heads.
The front desk gentleman was very helpful (long hair with ponytail). The fact that he could speak really good english helped.
The breakfast was very basic, but the dinner was absolutely divine.

Çok vasat bir otel, hizmet amatör, biz Ağustos ayında kaldık belki mevsim dışı olduğundandır. Odada 1 adet nerdeyse %80 i kullanılmış bir adet tuvalet kağıdı vardı. Resepsiyon bize 15 dakika içinde 1 adet tuvalet kağıdı bulabildi. Belliki hijyene önem vermiyorlar.
Sabah arayıp rezervasyonumu teyit ettiğim halde, akşam gittiğimizde resepsiyondaki çocuk geldiğimize şaşırmış gibiydi

Hotel genel olarak yetersiz ve kötü temizlik siz talepte bulunmadığınız sürece yapılmıyor banyo ve olanaklar yok (şampuan,duş jeli vs) yemekler yetersiz çay bile paralı onun dışında danışma ve yönetim ekibi çok ukala, hiçbir şekilde ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayamıyorlar hoşgörü ve nezaket sıfır, müşteri memnuniyeti adına hiçbirşey yok çok kötü bir 3 günlük kar tatili deneyimi yaşadık kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
