Excellent location and service. I will visit again.

Not sure how they rationalize charging extra for use of the pool, which is standard at every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. For this reason would not go back.

Platinum Elite Marriott member. Asked for a 1pm checkout. Denied. They said because I was travelling with others (separate room booked on a separate reservation) that only one room could be granted late checkout per "policy" and that they couldn't honor my status (guaranteed 4pm checkout) because I had booked through a third party website. Irony in it all was I had to wait until 4pm the day before to check-in because my room wasn't ready as the people before me had a late checkout.

The location is super good, right next to the Shinkansen station. There are many buses to the Atomic Bomb Museum, including the tourist loop line at platform 2, and the 50-minute direct bus line 5 to the airport. The facilities, services, breakfast, etc. are all Sheraton quality as always. The most spacious night I stayed in Japan, a family of four could fit in

The room size is top-notch in Japan. The service is thoughtful and the hotel is in an excellent location.

The room is spacious and well-equipped. The staff is professional and courteous. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the JR station.

It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I'll definitely be back. I stayed multiple nights and was impressed with how well cleaned it was. The toothbrushes were big, so I wish I could choose the size.

The hotel is close to JR, bus stations and Hiroshima Electric Railway, making transportation very convenient. The room is larger than the average Japanese accommodation, the bed is comfortable, and the housekeeper cleans it neatly. The male front desk staff speaks Cantonese and is very kind and polite. The overall accommodation experience is very good. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I go to Hiroshima again.

Right next to Hiroshima Station, the second floor is directly connected to the station, which is very suitable for traveling by car. The lobby is on the 6th floor, and there is a cafeteria on the same floor with very good service.

The hotel is in a strategic location, just out of Hiroshima Station. There are many restaurants in Hiroshima Station. This is my second time staying here. The last time was 6 years ago. I started to feel that the room was a bit old, but it was still clean. It would be awkward for the elderly to come to the open restroom 😂😂
