This was my second stay.
The main reason to stay at Hokke Club is the generous breakfast for the price. They always serve Hiroshima specialties such as fried oysters and okonomiyaki in the morning, and the fried oysters in particular are as good as those you can get at a restaurant, so I recommend it as it makes you feel like you're traveling to Hiroshima.
The room isn't large, but it's equipped with the minimum necessary to sleep and wake up. The bath is a large public bath, so it's nice and comfortable. The water is hot, so you'll be in trouble if you don't bring a towel from your room.

The breakfast buffet was very good, including the New Year's food. The large public bath was an artificial hot spring, but it was nice and relaxing. The location was good, too, close to Hondori Shopping Street and Peace Park. I was very satisfied.

The exterior is old but the inside is clean and the staff were very friendly.
There is a large public bath, but it is not very big, so it got so crowded that the lockers and showers were filled between 9pm and 10pm.
However, it is very warming and will soothe your travel fatigue, so I recommend going at a different time.
Although it is far from Hiroshima Station, there are two convenience stores within 5 minutes, buses and trams are within a 5-minute walk, and the shopping district is about 5 minutes away, so the location is not bad.
