The staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and their luggage storage service was helpful. Our room had a foundation that ran through it which was odd. The breakfast was amazing!

I chose the location because it seemed like I could walk to Hiroshima Station and the city center, and it was fine. The room was a bit small, but it seemed like a good value for money. The air conditioner was automatic, so all I had to do was turn it on and off. The view was really nice because it was a river view!! Breakfast was toast like brunch, and it was more plentiful than I thought, which was great. Good value for money!

I don't even want to give it one star. To be honest, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First of all, the room was too small, unlike the pictures. It was too small for two people. Secondly, the front desk was unreliable. They may have been high school or college students working part-time, but they made a lot of mistakes. We booked a semi-double room for two people, but there was only one amenity. Furthermore, when we were given the key, there was no explanation of breakfast, and we were not given a meal ticket.
Also, the soup at breakfast was too cold. Also, the house dust in the room made me sneeze and had a runny nose.
I really regret staying at this hotel.
I really don't recommend it.
