Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub: angenehme Atmosphäre, herrliche Lage und alles liebevoll gestaltet. Frühstück und Abendessen lecker zubereitet. Eine fein kuratierte Weinkarte und die besonderen Mehlspeisen von Oma- mehr braucht es nicht. Herzlichen Dank🙂

Sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel mit superfreundlichen, immer aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Das Frühstücksbuffet sowie das Abendessen ist hervorragend. Vom Panoramazimmer aus hatten wir eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge und speziell auf die Ahornspitze. Direkt vom Hotel aus kann man verschiedene Wanderungen starten oder man fährt mit dem Bus (Haltestelle direkt am Haus) hoch zum Melchboden und kann von dort aus Wanderungen beginnen.

Wir hatten das Zirbennest, ein sehr gemütliches ausreichend großes Zimmer und die Aussicht war atemberaubend. Die Lage auf dem Berg ist wirklich schön um komplett abzuschalten, man ist immer mitten im Moment. Das Hotel selber ist auch sehr schön, das Essen war hervorragend und die Gastgeber des Hotels pflegen einen dehr angenehmen Umgang mit den Gästen. Es fühlt sich fast an als wäre man ein Teil der Familie. Für alle die ein ruhiges, familiäres und hervorragendes Hotel suchen genau richtig. Und die Wanderwege drum herum sind zu diesen positiven Worten auch einfach herrlich.

Since 44 years I visit this hotel yearly. Always hospitality and quality of every aspect imaginable has been excellent. The owners continuously upgrade roms; suites and the apartment, cleaning service, breakfast, snacks, drinks, cakes and evening dinner which is healthy, tasteful and simply gastronomic. An exceptional Alpine Austrian experience !

Tolle Zimmer, schöner u. großzügiger Wellnessbereich, super Service, Frühstück und Abendessen lässt keine Wünsche offen, gehobene Gastronomie, jeder Gast wird hier herzlich empfangen und verwöhnt. Das Motto des Hauses trifft zu 100% zu!

Wat een heerlijk hotel. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd en elk detail klopt. Mooie schone kamers met goede bedden. Het eten is voortreffelijk en ze hebben een mooie wijnkaart. De sauna was prachtig en ze hadden een ruimte met skilockers die je kon afsluiten. Vanuit deze ruimte liep je 100 meter naar rechts en zat je in de mosllift die je naar boven brengt. Een echt familiehotel waar je op en top verzorgd wordt en welkom bent. Dank jullie wel voor deze prachtige week. 🙏

Sommer wie Winter waren wir als Wiederholungstäter schon 9x im Hotel Bergkristall und haben wieder reserviert. Ein Beleg dafür, dass das Hotel unsere 2. Heimat geworden ist. Familie Haun-Anfang und Team sind stets zuvorkommend und super freundlich und es bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Bei sehr gutem kulinarischen Essen und einem reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet fehlt es an nichts. Zur Entspannung kann u. a. eine schöne Sauna (Bio und Finnisch) genutzt werden. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt.
