This was a nice stay in a pleasant hotel with a good breakfast included. Hotel was clean, but, the room was not updated as in the photo.

The hotel is a nice, small mountain hotel. Some rooms are quite spacious, but the ones with single bed are rather small. Keep this in mind while making your choice. Can't say anything about breakfast, since I didn't have any breakfast at the hotel. The pillows are extremely soft, so much that it feels like you're sleeping without a pillow. I found it uncomfortable, but everyone has their own preference in this matter. In the rooms there isn't any bottled still water, so if you're not comfortable with drinking tap water, bring your own. Even though I liked the hotel in general, I have to say the single bed needs to be renewed. Each morning I felt like I spent the previous night on an uncomfortable couch.

Das Personal in diesem Hotel hat alles getan, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Vom Moment unserer Ankunft an wurden wir mit einem warmen Lächeln und echter Gastfreundschaft begrüßt. Der Concierge war unglaublich hilfsbereit und gab uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Der Reinigungsservice war erstklassig und das Team an der Rezeption erkundigte sich immer, ob wir etwas brauchten. Man merkte, dass ihnen wirklich daran gelegen war, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Selbst als wir ein kleines Problem mit unserem Zimmer hatten, lösten sie es schnell und mit einer großartigen Einstellung!"

Die Pension „Silberdistel“ ist ein kleines, gemütliches Traditionshaus mit einem nostalgischen Charme am Ortseingang. Ausgestattet mit historischen Dokumenten des Hauses, aber auch der sportlichen Größen aus Hinterzarten und Umgebung. Die Zimmer und deren Ausstattung sind zweckmäßig und sauber. Wir hatten einen schönen Balkon um die Nachmittagssonne zu genießen. Das Frühstück hält deftiges ( besonders lecker der Schwarzwälder Schinken) und süßes bereit. Es gibt Filterkaffee - heutzutage eher selten, daher umso erfreulicher!
