Edelweiss is a very beautiful hotel, nicely renovated, the rooms are just perfect. And so are the pool and wellness, very well done! The experiences with the staff varied; from friendly and very helpful (waiters!) to some a bit stoic and reserved at hotel-desk. Breakfast was superb! Dinner varied in quality, from absolute dessert joy and treats of meat to not so good sushi and fish. Glutenfree dinner was sometimes challenging, at some point a plate of polenta was presented as dinner. It would have been nice to know up front from the hotel desk that we could ask for glutenfree possibilities with kitchen staff directly, we now learned along the way that kitchen staff was flexible and could make good effort on the glutenfree part, glutenfree kaiserschmarnn was a treat! So communication from hotel desk(with rest of staff?) would be my point of attention. A special mention of the housekeeping staff; we saw them mopping the floors a lot, since the snowboots were bringing a lot of snow, the amount of effort that is put into the cleanliness is commendable, respect! A big thank you to all the staff for a great week at Edelweiss!

Schönes Hotel, tolle sehr sauber Zimmer, netter Wellness Bereich, Qualifikation der Mitarbeiter an Rezeption und im Service lässt leider wünschen übrig. Es sind teilweise nur Hilfskellner eingesetzt, was nicht zum Ambiente passt! Echt schade.

Het is een mooi, groot en net hotel midden in het dorp. De kamer zijn schoon en ruim, met aparte douche en wc. Verder zit er een leuke bar met mooi in gerichte eetzaal, waar je uitgebreid ontbijt en avond eten kan genieten. Op een perfecte locatie in Hinterglemm vlakbij de lift.

Schönes Hotel direkt an der Skipiste! Netter Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und Whirlpool. Toller Pool im Obergeschoss mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf die Berge. Gutes Frühstück und Abendessen. Schön eingerichtete und ruhige Zimmer. Es war ein sehr entspannter Aufenthalt.

Wir waren ein Wochenende in diesem Hotel, sehr gut geplant, ideale Lage im Ort verschiede Lifte fußweit entfernt, sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, schöne, moderne und stilvolle Zimmer und noch besserer Pool im Dachgeschoß! Alles in allem 5 Sterne!!!

Excellent hotel. The room was excellent and the whole decor throughout the hotel was lovely. The spa on 4th floor was excellent too but would have been nice to have steam room too ( I do appreciate however there is one in basement without clothing). The food was lovely - lovely salad buffet and great soups and deserts. Main courses in the main were excellent - disappointing a couple of nights. The afternoon snacks were excellent. Only a couple of things letting it down from a 5 star review to 4 star. A couple of the waiting staff were not very hospitable and verging on rude. The price of wine was really off-putting - I'd say an average of €60 for a bottle of wine and €7.50 for a 125ml glass. Most nights we were not asked to sign for our drinks and definitely a question mark over our final drinks bill. We barely drank in the hotel due to the costs but we're charged around €200. I would return without question despite some of the negatives.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Hotel Edelweiss! Ich hatte das Vergnügen, vom 10. bis 17. Januar im Hotel Edelweiss zu übernachten, und es war von Anfang bis Ende ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Wir wohnten in Zimmer 403 und Zimmer 215 – beide waren wunderschön gestaltet, makellos sauber und unglaublich komfortabel. Der Ausblick auf die Berge aus den Zimmern war atemberaubend und sorgte für eine herrlich entspannte Atmosphäre. Der Wellnessbereich des Hotels war der perfekte Ort, um nach einem Tag auf der Piste zu entspannen. Die Sauna und der Pool mit Panoramablick waren purer Luxus! Die Lage ist ideal – mitten im Herzen von Hinterglemm, mit einfachem Zugang zu den Skiliften und dem Dorf. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend und bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und köstlichen Speisen. Auch das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant war beeindruckend, mit authentischen regionalen Gerichten und einer ausgezeichneten Weinauswahl. Das Personal war herzlich, aufmerksam und tat alles, um unseren Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Jedes Detail war perfekt, und ich kann es kaum erwarten, ins Hotel Edelweiss zurückzukehren! Absolut empfehlenswert!
