Een korte week geboekt in dit hotel, bewust gekozen voor 4 sterren omdat we een goed hotel wilde. De eerste avond zijn we tot 3x toe achter elkaar gevraagd om onze tafel af te geven voor klanten van buitenaf die wilden komen eten. Wij zaten niet in het restaurant maar al in de lobby waar de hotelgasten kunnen zitten. Op de rustdag is het niet mogelijk om ergens te zitten, alleen op je kamer. De laatste avond hebben we een tafel gereserveerd in de serre van het restaurant. Bij aankomst zei de serveerster dat daar alleen grotere groepen konden zitten. Na enig aandringen kregen wij toch een tafel daar. Personeel was niet aardig, op een enkele na. Wij vinden het zo jammer dat we ons als hotelgast niet welkom voelde en toch een stevig bedrag moesten betalen voor 4 dagen, 4 personen. Op de goede pizza’s na was het avondeten niet lekker. Ontbijt was wel erg goed.

Restaurant / het eten was prima. Het personeel onvriendelijk. Wij zijn er twee keer gaan eten en telkens dezelfde onvriendelijkheid. De inrichting zelf was wel leuk en gezellig op het terras dat heeft nog wat goedgemaakt. Voor mij tot nooit meer.

Good location for lifts in centre of town. Tasty breakfast with omelette station. Spacious public areas. Restaurant popular with non residents, good looking pizzas plus burgers etc. Room poorly designed. Oddly there is not a mirror over the sink but to the right of our room so hard to shave! The wardrobe has no doors so you sit in bed looking at your clothes. When you have a drink in the bar they won’t put it on your hotel account which is very unusual as well as inconvenient. Good to have a small pool which was refreshing and sun deck nice too.

The service in the restaurant was very bad and unpleasend. The waitress was not just unpolite. It was more than that. When she brought us the bill for the very poor food she emphasized that , quoting: ' The service is not include in the price'. Really?? And we felt down over three yesterday

Food is okay (slightly overpriced) most of the staff is really kind and helpful! But there was this one girl (blonded hair) claiming to be the manager (not the funny and kind Spanish girl) being really rude! After spending more then €250 (take away!!) this was really unprofessional!

Had dinner here. Nice place with a real great team. It’s also a hotel and a place I will stay in future. I made the mistake of staying at the Glemm. The pizza is super tasty and the beer cold. What can you do wrong. Go, eat and enjoy.

Coole location, auf jung und neu eingerichtet, aber für diesen Zweck tip top. Preis / Leistung passt hier und kann für Hinterglemm nur empfohlen werden. Wir waren eine Gruppe mit 15 Personen dort. Lage ist perfekt da nur 100m zum Lifteinstieg. Dazu ein Restaurant das gut ist, damit nur zu empfehlen.
