My stay could have been better if it hadn't been for a few things that bothered me. The shower was sludgy and dirty, so I had to clean it before using it.
The air conditioning switched off at night for no apparent reason and the room access card had a problem several times.

Guys staying here a nightmare and not worth single penny We all know how poor room and service is but a basic asking iron from House keeping has spoiled brand new tshirt On complaining zero interest The standard is worse then a 2 star hotel Please dont waste money and there are better places to stay nearby Attaching images for everyone

My stay at this hotel was disappointing. When I first checked into my room, the AC was not working, and the room had a strong, unpleasant smell. I requested a room freshener, but even after some time, the odor persisted. Additionally, the room was very small and uncomfortable.
After complaining, the hotel staff changed my room, but this was not the level of service I expected. Unfortunately, the AC in the new room was very old and poorly maintained, making the stay less comfortable.
The morning breakfast was also just average, especially considering the price charged for the stay. Overall, my experience was not great, and I feel the hotel needs to improve both its maintenance and service quality.

I was staying in 0512 room, room was very clean and good, hotel atmosphere is very nice specially Mr. Swarup. Hr was every time ready to help every guest and very polite. And soft neture. I like to stay here, room is small but very nice. Must visit again.

Staff was not good. Didn’t provide booked rooms. Room didn’t have AC working, had to shift multiple rooms in midnight. Breakfast was kept in the night itself, all veg sandwiches were dried in the morning. Not good experience in Holiday inn
