Whats the use of a wonderful hotel with a horrible representative to it?! Laxmi Singh’s behavior was not just unprofessional—it was downright toxic and intolerable. From the outset, she displayed a shocking level of arrogance, hostility, and blatant disregard for basic human decency. She refused to follow instructions, derailed every attempt at communication. Having stayed at Marriott hotels all over the world and across the country, I have never been greeted with such horrible behavior. It’s truly a shame that someone like her represents a highly esteemed brand like Courtyard Marriott.

Her behavior went far beyond simple non-compliance Having stayed at Marriott hotels all over the world and across the country, I have never been greeted with such horrible behavior. It’s truly a shame that someone like her represents a highly esteemed brand like Courtyard Marriott.

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience my companion and I had during our two-night Business stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by an incredibly kind, efficient, and dynamic team. It truly made our stay memorable, and I believe it’s the best hotel experience I’ve encountered in a long time. Kudos to every member of your staff! I would like to extend a special word of thanks to Chef Gurav & front desk Anushka. They went above and beyond by curating special meals for us that catered to our requests for Maharashtrian cuisine, showcasing his incredible culinary skills. His warm personality and constant smile made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. Additionally, I want to acknowledge the entire team, including the security staff at the gate, the front desk, housekeeping, and everyone at MoMo Café. Each member was superb, and I believe they all deserve a 5-star review rating for their commitment to excellence. Thank you once again, Team Courtyard Chakan, Pune. I stayed here for more than 40 nights and enjoyed entire stay. Good is good, clean room, and superb services. Particularly, Pushpak-Dan’s work was noteworthy. He prepared Momo that stimulated to our monotonous long stay. For long stay, upgrade to get breakfast, laundry and lounge use are inevitable. Thank you Pushpak-san, hope we can meet at next stay, too!
