Sadly a tired, rundown Hotel which is simply shabby. The rooms are uninviting and ill cared for, beds are occasionally made up according to a system which this customer failed to understand. As the television is fixed to the wall, the guest in the next room also hears everything going on next door, in my case until three in the morning. Hygiene is low on the list of priorities, as is a satisfying breakfast. I urge all who have not yet decided where to stay, avoid this hotel at all costs.

The drawers in the bedroom were dirty, especially where the hairdryer is kept - full of coffee stains and hair. When you closed the bathroom door the corner of the room was full of someone else's bodyhair. The room also had an overpowering smell of Jeyes fluid.

Overpriced currently - needs a refurb.
When we arrived we rang the bell several times and no one came. Then had to ring the hotel to have a lady arrive. She was lovely but the service was very slow waiting before she arrived. The hotel from the outside was stunning but the inside needs refurbishing. The room itself was pretty looking but the air con was broken, no fan, no iron, no hairdryer and there was lipstick on the mirror. There was an open bin in the bathroom (could really do with a pedal closed one.) The shower gel etc was lovely but the bathroom was a little run down and the shower curtain needed replacing.
It just needs a bit of a refurb (the wires were hanging out from beneath the TV, the radiator was all scuffed up and the walls needed a paint really.) Overall it was an ok stay but I wouldn't say it was value for money.

What an absolutely amazing morning in the countryside of Droitwich Spa! I visited this place for a morning coffee with my friend, and we absolutely loved the selection of cakes (gluten-free options available), as well as the variety of teas and coffees. What a choice! Everything was baked in-house and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly polite and patient, taking the time to explain the morning coffee menu. There was even an option to order from the breakfast menu if we wanted. We sat in the garden, enjoying a beautiful view of the countryside, and had a lovely cup of coffee with cake. At the end of our visit, we took a walk around the property and discovered two beautiful lakes—perfect for sitting and enjoying a relaxing day. The property is currently undergoing renovations, but it already looks fantastic. I believe they’ll do really well in the future. Can’t wait to be back.

Small country house type hotel from outside and none the worse for that. Excellent, large room spotlessly clean. Only open restaurant seems to be the Indian one but had seen poor reviews on Tripadvisor so gave that a miss. Checking efficient and friendly. For once arrival not taking staff by surprise, which makes a pleasant change .

No choice of food in the restaurant
the restaurant offered any one type of food, therefore had to drive a couple miles to a different location.
The breakfast was very poor, we had to pre-order the night before including the time, still had to wait another 20 minutes, every seemed to be deep fat fried.
