This place is great. Very quiet, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The host is a lovely lady, very accommodating and welcoming. I travelled alone but have already recommended to several people who intend to book several cottages for a family get together.

Peaceful setting, clean and airy rooms. Paul and Chrissie are a lovely friendly couple who gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooked breakfasts which set us up for the days of driving around the countryside visiting nearby parks and gardens.

Very well located near to the motorway but in a quiet rural location. Effectively a barn conversion giving large and very well equipped rooms. Nice extras including homemade cake on arrival, snacks and fresh milk for the tea. White Company toiletries but oddly no shampoo. Excellent bedding and pretty much all you need. Breakfast used high quality produce and was served warmly and at the time preferred. This is an excellent find for the area.

What a great place host was fantastic even brought me a slice of cake whilst i caught up on my emails . cooked my breakfast early as i had to shoot off , perfect for couples and for travellers who like me could be on there own , Book with Confidence

Unbelievable/Amazing/The Best
I stayed for one night as part of an onward journey, this is the most amazing place, the owners were attentive, even though I arrived late, they contacted me and gave me instructions and also they stayed up to greet when I arrived.
The rooms are amazing, clean, modern, spacious and the best I have stayed in for a long time, they also had an upstairs lounge area in the room, it was like a little modern flat, amazing.
Breakfast was brilliant, freshly cooked, lots of it, and set me up for the day
The location is not far from the motorway, but off the beaten track, so its quiet and secluded, a lovely calm location
This is a must stay place, you wont beat it

The best hostess in a beautiful location!
Chrissie is probably the best hostess I’ve ever experienced. In a beautiful and quiet location, amazing breakfast and incredible service, there’s not much more one can wish for. I’ll definitely be back!
