Note that a twin bed may have a large bed and a narrow sofa bed. Note that the hotel address is the name of the street that is displayed all day long. It is difficult for the driver to find it. Click on the map and you can see the hotel name, so you can find it. Be prepared to find that no matter where you go in the UK, breakfast will be almost the same and you won't like it very quickly.

Lovely customer service eli in the hotel couldn't do more for you at all. Breakfast Lovely apart from contractors in the way and having a cold breakfast last but one day before we go and dinners and service Lovely. Bedroom is Lovely as well.

Brilliant quiet hotel. In a convenient location. Definitely would stay again. Parking was easy and plentiful. Wanted to stay another night. Great experience.

We booked one night due to it being the halfway point to our holiday. We booked a family room, which was on the ground floor. The room smelt terrible, as if it was damp. The carpet was covered in stains. The worst part for us though was the noise from upstairs. I would personally avoid a ground floor room as we hardly got any sleep. I suppose you get what you pay for and it was cheap, although possibly the most rundown and worst premier inn we have stayed at.

Staff lovely, Clare and Chris. Rooms very basic and in need of deep clean and painting. Just smell dirty. Asked to change rooms which Chris sorted which was better. Had lunch in pub which was nice and sat outside as weather was lovely.

The rooms are not very clean at all.. the bathrooms are basic, useable but dirty. Beds are classically comfy. If the options for hotels in hinkley were better I wish I had chosen elsewhere.

Comfortable and clean room but some noise from rooms above. Didn't disturb too much though. Staff were polite and helpful.
