Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly staff, comfortable clean room with new upgraded decor and great facilities, relaxing and easy access to parks, the hotel needs more staff to cater to guests as there are not enough staff members to accommodate the amount of guests especially when it is dinner time, some food was served cold but only on certain days so I am assuming they have different chefs for some days, as mostly the food was perfect and amazing!

What a delightful place for a lazy afternoon. Fireplaces lit, attentive staff and lovely food that arrived in a timely manner. The background music was great and at just the right volume enabling you to still chat. Leo and Holly were the perfect hospitality staff. Both attentive, friendly and helpful. Love the new decor too! Will definitely be visiting regularly.

This is certainly a venue that's worth visiting again. We were passing the Himley House with friends and called in for breakfast. Excellent venue, great breakfast along with good value and excellent service by Sam, nothing was to much trouble for her, thank you Sam.

We went on Thursday and the waitress (i think her name was Danielle) She was extreamly polite & had a massive smile on her face throughout the entire service. Food was lovely too, well cooked & they listened to our needs and requirements. Thankyou Danielle, for being amazing.

My niece Danielle works here on Thursday and Fridays. Always a pleasure to go. Food plenty and served hot. Good value for money. Staff friendly and helpful expeshally Danni. Totally recommend the place to go as couples or as a family. Clean facilities

Went for an evening meal Excellent service by staff especially Magda and Libby Not much choice of vegetarian food My turkey meal and starter was not hot enough More attention needs to be paid on food serving Recently refurbished hotel to good standard with warm welcoming ambiance

My wife and I went for a drink in the bar area and enjoyed a couple of hours talking to different staff and other customers we were served by Leo the bar manager a smashing chap and also Rachel popped for a chat in between seating customers well done Himly House Hotel verry enjoyable

Came for a birthday meal with a big group of people which they were very accommodating for. food was amazing and service was great our server was Sam. I will definitely be coming again ! Highly remembered the chicken burger and the brownie and ice cream.

Had dinner at the restaurant. Wonderful food and great customer service. Our server Dannii was fabulous! The staff were helpful and catered to our needs. I will certainly be returning again and could have eaten the meal all over again. It was a beautiful evening had by both of us.
