It was my first time to experience a hot spring hotel. Overall it was very comfortable. Although it is not a new modern hotel, it was a good feeling to experience Japanese culture. There were more Japanese people staying this time. Although we were tourists, the staff entertained us very warmly. Dinner and breakfast were very rich. Although the road is a bit far from the city center, it is still worthwhile to experience this hotel. The room is very large and the scenery is great. It's so spectacular. There are small bugs in the natural environment. It is recommended not to open the windows. Everything else is impeccable. The hotel's care products are also very complete and facial masks are provided. Overall, it is highly recommended.

The kindness of the staff was very touching. When we checked in and out, Ninomiya-san helped us, and although I think he has explained the same thing to other guests many times, he answered politely and without skipping anything. The other staff also kindly carried our luggage, and when we were standing at a photo spot, they asked if they could take a photo before we even asked, so we were able to use the facility comfortably. The open-air bath at night was made of what looked like LED lights, and it had a great atmosphere and helped us relieve our fatigue. The pudding at breakfast was rich and delicious. The view from the room was also amazing, and I would like to use the facility again. Thank you very much.

Stayed in a dog friendly room. There is a dedicated entrance to the dog room, so you can enter the room without having to hold your dog. Dog goods were well stocked and there was no inconvenience. When eating, you are in the same restaurant as the general public, so you are not allowed to accompany them. A dog run and walking path were also provided along with information boards. The spacious front bath at a large inn has no roof and cannot be used when it rains. Nyumen (cup noodles), sweets (they run out quickly as there are not many of them), and soft drinks were provided free of charge inside the facility. The meals were served as kaiseki cuisine and were delicious. Overall, I think it was a good deal for the price. However, when going from the dog room to the front desk, the guidance in the hallway was insufficient and difficult to understand, so I would like to see some improvement.

First up is the hot springs. There are two locations, a new one and an old one. The older one only has a large bath and a Jacuzzi, while the newer one has a variety of baths, including an open-air bath, a large bath, and a sleeping bath.This open-air bath is very beautiful at night with LED lights embedded underneath it. On the other hand, in winter, the trees in front of you lose their leaves, you can see the cars driving by, you can see the buildings on the other side of the road, and it's understandable that there are very few people who enter the building because they are worried about how far they can see. is not it. I would like to have a tree that is a little bigger and will hide the leaves from falling. Maybe something cool like a bamboo forest would be nice. The taste of the food was very good. However, as everyone has written, it seems to be just right for women, but less so for men. Specifically, the appetizers were small and many of them were jelly-like, so you could easily eat them, and the rice was in a small bowl, so it was a little unsatisfactory. I might be satisfied if you could at least bring me a refill. Also, I would like to have hot tea in a teapot for meals. When I finished my meal and left, there was a teapot and a cup, but since there was no guidance, I couldn't find a cup of hot tea for dinner. I also didn't have any water, so when I asked for it, they kindly brought it for me, which was helpful, but I wish they had at least some water from the beginning. However, the young man who served us was very kind and perfectly adapted to our family's fast-paced dining habits, which may have been the first time that my father, who always gets angry about the slow food delivery, was satisfied. This alone made me very satisfied. The room was an old one on the first floor, so there was nothing that could be done about the damage. But there was a lot of dust on the table. Then, when I dived into the futon that was laid out for me, I found angel wings on my head... I was convinced that this was the reason for the dust. Breakfast was a buffet with a large selection of items, and the start time was optional, so it wasn't too crowded and I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. You'll be shown your seat, so there's no need to line up early, but I get a little tired of seeing the line forming in front of the restaurant both in the morning and in the evening. Well, I'm glad I didn't have to wait that long to be shown around, but just looking at the line was a bit tiring.
