部屋のお風呂の排水溝に髪の毛がそのままだった事だけ残念でしたが、お部屋は綺麗で、お食事も美味しく大浴場での入浴も気持ちよかったです。

There were more Japanese people staying this time. Although we were tourists, the staff entertained us very warmly. Dinner and breakfast were very rich. Although the road is a bit far from the city center, it is still worthwhile to experience this hotel. The room is very large and the scenery is great. It's so spectacular. There are small bugs in the natural environment. It is recommended not to open the windows. Everything else is impeccable. Really good experience in there!!! Love their hot spring!!!!!! You can have the really beautiful view when you enjoy the hot spring!!! The service was really good and they try their best to communicate in English with me. However, don’t expect that the room is so clean. Is still acceptable for me. Strongly recommended if you drive a car to there.

The kindness of the staff was very touching. When we checked in and out, Ninomiya-san helped us, and although I think he has explained the same thing to other guests many times, he answered politely and without skipping anything. The other staff also kindly carried our luggage, and when we were standing at a photo spot, they asked if they could take a photo before we even asked, so we were able to use the facility comfortably. The open-air bath at night was made of what looked like LED lights, and it had a great atmosphere and helped us relieve our fatigue. The pudding at breakfast was rich and delicious. The view from the room was also amazing, and I would like to use the facility again. Thank you very much.
