Absolutely the most amazing resort on the Atlantic Coast. The manager of this pristine resort, Arismel Arana, is outstanding and sincerely makes every guest feel like a VIP. The resort is surgically clean and every single aspect of this resort is perfect.

We witnessed the most atrocious behavior by a woman working at the Hilton Grand Vacation in Hilton Head, South Carolina. A woman and her family were attending the same time share as my husband and I. The woman at the check in for the time share presentation was so rude that she actually made a woman and someone who l believe was her sister CRY. The decorum she exhibited as someone who works in customer service/hospitality industry was abhorrent. My husband and I decided immediately that we would never stay at a Hilton Hotel or resort ever again and we rushed through the sales pitch because I was so upset by the behavior and the manner that she spoke to these guests. I do NOT recommend Hilton Head Grand Resort to anyone and I hope that they vet their employees that represent the Hilton Hotel better in the future. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and the attitude of the staff that I will never return to Hilton Head again nor will I ever stay at any of their properties again. I wish I had gotten her name so I could report her disgusting tone and behavior the upper management because she certainly does not belong in a public relations position. I still feel so badly for these women. Buyers beware.

Hilton Head Resort has a great location but falls short in design and amenities. No 3-bedroom units, limited parking, and oddly designed rooms make it less accommodating for families. The property is peaceful, but it lacks on-site dining options and could benefit from a shuttle service due to poor parking. Despite these issues, I’d still recommend it for the prime Hilton Head location—but improvements are definitely needed.

Came here for a 7 stay with friends and family. The grounds were very clean. We only had room service 1 day due to our own scheduling etc. We had a 2 rooms which were clean. The guest bathroom doors however didn't lock so that's annoying to have to always announce you were in there so someone else doesn't accidentally barge in. We were a part of 6 so you never know. We also had a chance to use the outdoor grill. They do supply grill utensils. I only went to the larger pool and the hot tub briefly. The walk to the beach is very quick. I used the gym, small but adequate to run, use elliptical or use free weights. There is a game room which was a bit meh. I would recommend. we came the wk after July 4th and the resort wasn't overpacked which was good.

My stay at Ocean Oak Resort has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. The accommodations are first class with spacious, modern up to date units that are absolutely immaculate. Even though this is a family friendly property, it offers a very peaceful tranquil environment with little to no noise. It’s conveniently located and beach access is just steps away. I honestly cannot find any cons to this property. Cleanliness is definitely their priority here.

Fantastic beach access, great pools, and staff. Rooms are very up to date with a great kitchen. We come to this location twice a year! Biking trails gives you access to the entire island. You never have to move your car if you don’t want to. Super family experience!

Beautiful setting with spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartments on the Atlanta Ocean, with 2 pools, one for adults only. It has an adequate onsite grill with bar and is convenient to many good restaurants. Units are part of the Hilton timeshare company but appear to be available to rent as well. We come every year
