Apartment was roomy with 3 bedrooms and baths. Everything was close by. The beach was a 10 minutes walk.

We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We visit Hilton Head Island every few years. We were offered a Gold Crown Resort bonus week. We were very pleased with the results. The breach is a few hundred yards away. The staff is friendly and efficient. A new management company is in place and making capital modernization improvements. We are both MBAs. I also have two law degrees one of which is in real estate development. We had such an enjoyable stay and were so impressed with the property's capital improvements that we purchased two memberships on the secondary market upon returning home. Hilton Head Island is a year round family vacation heaven. This property is one of Hilton Head Island's very best RCI Gold Crown Resorts!

Great girls weekend getaway
Unit was really nice and spacious. Beds slept well. Property was a little older. We got to the property around 10:30 and I walked around in the cold for about 20 mins trying to find Building 2. It was definitely not intuitive. All bathrooms were supposed to have a hit dryer but two did not. All in all was a great place to stay and enjoyed our stay very much. Would definitely stay there again.

The Royal Dunes Resort on Hilton Head offers an excellent 3 bedroom suite with many amenities - 3 large bathrooms, 2 of which had large walk-in showers, 4 TVs, a large kitchen with full size appliances, and a large living/dining room. Any request for extras (tea kettle, scissors, extra blanket) was promptly seen to. Any accommodation for extra time at the pool and hot tub was graciously granted. The staff was solicitous in making sure that we were comfortable during the 2.5 day winter storm. The resort itself was an easy walk to the beach and other close amenities.

I had an issue with one of the pipes in the bathroom leaked all.over the floor and they came and fixed it right away. Room was clean, and easy access to the building. Parking was a little tight but besides that I would recommend this place. We also got to see an alligator right from our balcony hanging out.
