Our villa had gorgeous views of #7 fairway on the Brigidine course over a lagoon with water birds OK if you are comfortable with toilets low to the floor--for children not adults/ Needs new mattress in Master Bedroom Bring your own pillows--these are half size and lumpy One twin bed needs replacing Loved the three 9-hold golf courses

Horrible. Unfriendly front desk staff. We were greeted by the concierge, who didn't even know that a certain restaurant in Hilton Head was closed for renovations. I had been on HH for a week at a different property and knew that. Unprofesssional looking check in . Two of the staff at card type tables . Then you had to go upstairs to check in. Check in not on the property, it is in a different location. So we get to our assigned unit, and it smells awful. MOLD...... I may not be able to stay here for the enitre week. The smell is horrible. Also greeted by a dead palmetto bug on the floor. So now I get into the kitchen. WHAT???? hardly any dishes, none of which even match. Bare bones to say the least. Furniture not comfortable. No coffee, coffee filters and no dish detergent. I call the front desk to ask about coffee filters and maybe a complimentary pod of coffee, and was told that they do not provide them. Well maybe I should have been told this at check in so that on my way from there to the unit I could have made a purchase. Very disappaointin place. Not up to RCI standards at all. This place needs a revamp from the front desk to the units. UGH.......I could go on about the dirty bathtub, but at this point it sounds like a vendetta.

Older rental that offers great space and layout for vacation visits to the island. Location made it easy to access main roads and not spend too much time in the car. Beach access was available with a short car ride. 2 bikes included with each unit. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Our plumbing was an issue on the second floor. Poor water pressure made showers, sinks, and toilets not what we expected from a resort.

The unit I stayed in was not well maintained. The timeshare company, RMC, is obviously taking advantage of the owners, of which I am one and this was my unit. I had not used my unit in years as I exchanged it through RCI. I mistakenly believed it was still a resort. Any motel would be preferable. 1. Unsightly metal door on the wall under the TV in the living area where a nice piece of furniture used to be. 2. Yellow walls, blue furniture and orange curtains. Nothing has been updated except the TVs mounted on the walls, and they are old now. 3. Crummy plastic floor replaced the beautiful tile 4. Poorly repainted cabinets everywhere - should be replaced 5. RUST in the microwave, on the refrigerator and stove. The stove is dented as well. I didn’t know they still made stoves with replaceable electric rings 6. Most of the wall pictures look like they came from Goodwill. Actually the ones at Goodwill are not 40 years old and are cleaner. 7. The AC barely blows out cool, not cold, air. One reason may be that the insulation is rotten on the outside AC refrigerant lines by the compressor. Freon was added for us but the AC fan itself would barely move a Kleenex over the vent. I have video. 8. Rusty old ceiling fan in master bedroom. I’ll donate $100 for a decent one. 9. The wall to wall carpet in the master bedroom was cut so poorly that the edge isn’t under the bathroom threshold so it’s all frayed. 10. The 35 year old tub in the master bathroom is scratched up from one end to the other and discolored. 11. Tiles under the bathroom cabinets are broken 12. The exhaust fans were filthy in all bathrooms. They were cleaned for us but we were already repulsed 13. The living room area carpet smelled 14. There is a large gap under the front door allowing the heat, and probably insects, inside. 15. The drain closer on the MBR tub did not work. It was fixed while we were there but the tub is so horrible looking we didn’t use it 16. The rug at the bottom of the staircase is frayed out because it is was never secured correctly 17. The screen in the staircase landing was pushed out. 18. Cheapest bedspreads ever. RMC should be ashamed. The furniture in the twin bedroom is nice but the ragged old dresser in the MBR is a disgrace, as is the old MBR TV that we could barely use since it doesn’t even receive the channels that the downstairs TV does 19. There is a blue streak on the back of the downstairs half bathroom door 20. The kick plate under the downstairs bathroom sink was dirty and the cabinet doors misaligned, poorly repainted 21. The refrigerator looks like the original with painted over rust on the door 22. The patio furniture is rusty and probably 35 years old

Love the location, the unit, the pool and the well-maintained grounds! Extra half bath in the unit is great. Will be back!

Roomy townhouse. Kitchen was nice and roomy. Bathroom was large and elegant in the master bedroom with a sky view in the ceiling. There was a major problem with the front door lock, though. While we didn’t get locked out of the unit, sometimes we had to swipe the key card as many as 10 times before it worked. It took management a couple of days to fix this problem, and I had to drive to the resort HQ to get a third key that would work for my son…however the pool was a nice size, big enough to do laps. There was a good hot tub there. It was a bit of an issue that the bike trail was not near the unit…we had to ride on road some to get to it- were big cyclists.. I would return though…it was a really nice, roomy house, quiet.
