Inn and Club at Harbour Town

The Inn & Club at Harbour Town is a new destination for us, and we'll be back. Our room is large, clean, and well appointed. The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is modern with a great shower and plenty of towels and quality toiletries. What makes the place stand out, though, is the service. We have been here for two nights, and we haven't experienced any glitches in service. Every single employee seems to be working to make our stay excellent, both by doing their jobs well and by offering little hints and ideas that have made our stay better. As an example, we arrived late but were immediately greeted by the front desk staff, got a quick and clear instructions about the handful of things that couldn't wait until morning, and even got bell service despite the late hour. The front desk staff also helped us make reservations for water sports and generally gave us good information about all that there is to do here. One convenience of staying here is the prompt, air conditioned shuttle service to all of the major activities inside the resort gates. With the heat and the scarcity of parking on the island, that perk alone is probably worth choosing the Inn. The Inn also provides bicycles, which are very much the culture of HHI. To be honest, I love an AirBNB when we travel, but in this case we would choose the Inn again for the service and amenities. It's as good as the Hotel Del Coronado and better than other comparable places that we've stayed.

IF YOU WANT RESERVATIONS AT A "FULL" RESTAURANT, MANAGEMENT CAN PROBABLY GET YOU IN ...NEVER HAD A PLACE SO ACCOMODATING TO YOUR EVERY NEED!!! ONLY 60 ROOMS AND A WONDERFUL ENVIRONMENT- YOU CAN SHUTTLE FREE ANYWHERE AT ALMOST ANY TIME FROM THE INN TO ANYWHERE ON SEA PINES....WE WILL RETURN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Inn at Harbour Town is a luxurious option with full service and every amenity included. We booked a large balcony king overlooking the golf course and clubhouse. We had plenty of space and twice daily Housekeeping. The hospitality of the staff is what impressed me the most. From the initial telephone call for reservations to the final wave off, every employee went above and beyond. Cindy in reservations had lots of helpful tips. It was great to meet Ardit at the Inn as he had booked all of our dining reservations several months ago. He provided shuttle service for us throughout the resort as well as Butler services. The included bicycles were a great way to get around the resort and they had them ready for us whenever we headed out. Kristin, GM, enter her entire team worked hard to make our stay so memorable. We ate all of our meals at the various venues within the Sea Pines resort. All were excellent. They all offered a variety of fresh fish which we enjoyed daily.

Love this place, they always take wonderful care of my family & me. George, thank you for helping us book a cot at Pelican and Kristen, was super helpful and hospitable on checkout! She’s a keeper for sure. I hope the same team is there next year when we spend the week

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They helped with bike rentals even when they didn't have the kids size that we needed on property. The coffee juices and croissants in the mornings are a nice touch, but you'll certainly want to grab breakfast elsewhere. Links is a hidden gem. The best meals of the trip. The marina, lighthouse and nightly ice cream or a quick 5-minute walk away. We biked to the beach in under 15 minutes, and there are good food options at the beach. Mature service with child water bottles is great, but if you want to sit close to the water bring one or more of the fold up chairs that the concierge has.

Highly recommend The Inn & Club at Harbour Town if you’re looking for luxury + laid-back island vibes. Next level service & southern charm. The shuttle service and golf cart transportation within Sea Pines is outstanding. Although we found the pool area to be relatively quiet, management should engage pool guests with food/drink orders.
