[Note: This review is for the 2nd story rooms, which I believe are renovated and cost slightly extra]
There are not many budget hotels on Hilton Head island. I had a pleasant stay and would book here again. It has a pool. I stayed here on two occasions and stayed in different rooms on the 2nd [top] floor. Both were very new, clean, and functional. It was quiet while I was here - probably because Hilton Head being a resort island it doesn’t have any long-term/homeless/Section 8/Government Assistance people staying there.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The television didn't work and no one ever came to fix it. the room was musky and I was miserable the entire time. I couldn't find another hotel because I had prepaid for the stay. I am still waiting on the manangement to call me but no one has. dont stay here! The onl reason I stayed here is because they accepted pets. But never again!

It is suppose to be a smoke free room, the room smelled of old smoke! The linen was dirty & BLOODY! The room was extremity small, dirty, and disgusting. The phone in the room did not work. Front desk was very rude. We left immediately after we seen it. Do not stay here. This place is not worth the time nor money!
