Seaside 48 is a beach house built on stilts. A staircase invites your entrance into the home. There are additional staircases inside of the home leading to 3 of the bedrooms. Parking is free on the property and can hold up to 6 cars. There is also a garage for parking. Parking on the street or grassy areas is not permitted by city ordinance and cars can be towed. North Forest Beach is a forest within the beach. It is not uncommon to see a variety of wildlife on your visit. Please be mindful of this environment. Dispose of all trash & garbage in rubbish containers and close the lids to avoid attracting bugs and wildlife. Trash pick-up is at the end of the driveway. Trash cans are stored under the staircase entrance. Do not feed alligators it is unlawful and can result in fines and jail time. Please be mindful of the turtles, birds and wildlife.
