Travelodge Birmingham Hilton Park M6 Southbound

Fire door banging continually all night from night staff going into storage room or coffee room . Kept us awake all night . Complained in morning to be told they should hold the door so it doesn’t bang … really!

Really nice one night quick stopover while traveling. Paula checked me in and was a great representation of good customer service, being sweet, friendly and very efficient. Room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Will definitely stay again in the future.

My stay was great, very polite, friendly yet professional service . My main reason for review is to say I accidentally left an item of value and I called to confirm it had been found, I spoke to Mathew who said it would be sent free of charge which was a surprise as id have happily paid as it was my error in leaving it, the item arrived very considerately packaged and I was grateful and relieved .Great to have such top service , I called to express my gratitude and spoke to Gina who was kindness itself , if you haven’t stayed at this travelodge then please consider it , the layout is as per usual, it’s clean and well maintained but the team of staff exceed the cost of the stay, many thanks to Mathew, Gina +1 for all your help

What a great place to stop off...it's a little tired but clean and tidy...most especially I was greeted by Kiran who was fantastic..an excellent ambassador for the company. She was helpful and kind and made the arrival, after a long drive, so very pleasant...she's a star!

Great hotel have stayed here a few times now. Melanie was on reception always a pleasure, quick check in no issues. Definitely will be back. Rooms have always been clean and always use the service road to leave or return to the hotel. Well done

The bathroom was not very clean, hotel is dated and poorly maintained. We had young children an none of us really slept due to too much noise from rooms above and outside.
