Despite small the services were very good and nice. The hardware was very clean the only drawback was small. Very convenient if one has early flight the next day

Check-in was straightforward. Hotel was signposted and easy to find (came via London underground). Room was clean and comfortable. I was flying from Terminal 2 and although Aerotel Hotel is located in Terminal 3, it was only a 10 minute walk to get to Terminal 2. The room did not have any windows so it was odd not being able to tell whether it was night or day.

Conveniently located, the transfer system at T3 and T2 airports is very good. But the room has no windows and is very small. The hotel staff has a good attitude. You need to ask them for slippers, toothbrushes and toothpaste. There are black spots on the towels, dust on the shelf above the wash basin, and hair on the wall. This needs to be improved, but overall it is good.

In order to catch an early flight, I chose to stay at a hotel in Airport T3. Located in Terminal T3, only a 10-minute walk from Terminal T2, it is very convenient for transfers. The London Exhibition Centre is only a 1-hour subway ride away. The only downside is that there are not many dining options and you need to walk to Hilton to find restaurants with a good dining environment.
