My train stopped mid-way through my trip, and I couldn't get back to London, so I couldn't stay overnight. I couldn't cancel either. I think that when traveling to the UK, you should plan for changes in your itinerary due to cancellations of public transport, etc., and book at a price that you can still afford. I really regret having to spend so much money.

The room was clean, but indeed small. The front desk service was good. It's located right by T3 Arrivals, so you don't need to leave the airport. It's walking distance from T2, so it's a good choice if you want to be conveniently catching a flight at the airport.

The room was horribly cramped for the price, and you'd be reminded to not leave the bathroom door open or risk triggering the smoke detector

Excellent location!
We arrived Heathrow Terminal 3 at 22:30 from Stuttgart. Need to take the flight 12:20 back to HK next day. Great to have your hotel situated here!

Expensive and small. Not even equipped a proper desk. No closet no amenities. No windows at all like prison. Worthless to stay in airport hotel like this unless you miss flight or some transfers to catch. Online pictures are misleading.
