To here because of catching the flight after checking out from the uni student hall. The hotel is close to Terminal 4 of Heathrow Airport and the instructions for going to the hotel are clear, just about 5 minutes from the terminal exit near Heathrow Terminal 4. Go upstairs via the lift to the level written 'hotel'. The staff is very nice and they allow me to check in at about 12PM which is normally after 14PM without any charges. The staff is friendly and willing to solve problems. The room I got is really nice and see no dust or trash in the room. The bed is nicely tidy and all the devices in the room like tv, clothes iron and its desk, dryer, etc. The free breakfast included for all guests is not very impressive but fair enough. It's a buffet and it had bread, beans, bacon, sausage, etc, just a classic all-day breakfast you can get in the UK. The check out process is simple, just drop the card into the box named Check Out and you can freely leave.

the hotel is super clean and quiet. the location is great, very close to Heathrow Airport, with only about 7mins car ride from Terminal 2, which cost me 16 pounds taking the black cab. you can even see the runway through out the window if your room is in good position (mine is. the breakfast is great too, with many options and all taste good.

Fast and cheerful check in decent food and wine served by great staff. Basic room but clean with comfy bed and good TV. Limited breakfast choice but all cooked well. Perfect after a nerve jangling trip with lacklustre BA.

As usual Sam was a delight of a host to have! The entire experience at Novotel is superb with its practical & amazing location and the staff & their services! Would love to comeback!

Traveled down to London for the weekend to watch Moulin Rouge Really enjoyed the weekend, the hotel was amazing, very impressed, every member of staff was polite and very welcoming Only thing I can fault was a smell in our bathroom when we arrived back from the theatre (smelled like drains) seemed to go away when the shower was run.

Very good, it is a first-class hotel from a global perspective. The overall experience is not in the category of luxury resort, but more like a top business hotel. Adhere to the traditional peninsula layout, which comes from the business travel style of the golden age of 80/90s. Those who like it will like it very much.

Dinner for two was lovely, stayed overnight with dinner and brew included. Elisa who served was fantastic, made us feel very welcome and couldn’t have been more accommodating, the extra effort made the evening very enjoyable. If we are in the area again we will definitely come back.

However, being close to the airport does bring some inevitable noise from the planes. While the windows are soundproofed, light sleepers might still notice it. While the convenience is a huge plus, the rates can be on the higher side compared to other nearby accommodations, so it's worth booking in advance to secure a better deal. The immediate area around the hotel is quite utilitarian, with few attractions or dining options outside the hotel itself. Nevertheless, the Holiday Inn Luton Airport is a solid choice for those prioritising convenience and comfort before or after a flight. The staff’s hospitality and the hotel’s amenities make it a pleasant stay despite some minor drawbacks.
