Our thermostat was inoperable. The first night it was 58 degrees when we returned to our room. We turned the ac off. I reported the issue about midday on our second day. At 6:00 o’clock Saturday evening a maintenance man showed up. He was not able to fix the thermostat and offered to move us. I don’t know if that was even possible. The hotel was fairly full. We declined as we were leaving Sunday and didn’t feel like packing up twice. We had to turn the unit on and off thru the night on Saturday. We would wake up hot and then cold. I reported the issue the next morning again, on check out. The clerk said the manager would issue us bonus rewards points. I reached out once since Sunday. I was assured the manager would apply these points today. She hasn’t followed thru. The room was sufficient. It wasn’t fancy and a bit dated but clean.

Black out curtains did not fully cover windows. Lights from the parking lot shined through the sheer curtains making it hard to sleep. Floors in room and hallways were warped to the point that one could trip or roll their ankle walking across them. Fridge was leaking and eroding the press board cabinet housing the fridge. Other than this it was decent.

Infested with ants. Thousands of ants behind the head board, all over the bed and side table. Absolutely disgusting, I then I talked to the front desk and they didn’t do anything about it. Said they can’t switch rooms because they were booked out. The lady was not very nice and didn’t seem to care. I then left. I have video proof of everything.

The front desk was welcoming. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods and the seating was comfortable. We used it in the evening to visit with family.

They never asked in three days of needed towels are offer to clean room and overcharged my card for the stay. Called the front desk and young man clearly didnt know and said I need to get off the phone. Where is the manager??
