酒店非常新，但距離火車站比較遠，房間窗口也只能開得非常少，通風不是太好。服務員也非常熱情，旅客可以短短的逗留一晚。

No fridge No kettle No aircon No glasses, only paper cups No parking - $40 / day public car park (which you have to get up for to pay before 8am) AUD $40 breakfast Ceiling not finished (concrete slab) If you turn up 15 minutes early, you'll get this BS; "We're still cleaning your room - had a busy night yesterday" The only reason for staying here is to see the castle and only do one night Really one of the worst customer service I've encountered. Avoid at all costs No net curtain Cannot turn off lights (except via main switch by door) in fact the switch is faulty

We arrived late and had an extremely frustrating check-in experience. The process involved using a doorbell that connected us to a call center—possibly in India or Spain—which felt completely disconnected from the location. When we finally got to our room, there was only one blanket and one pillow, which was unacceptable. We were too exhausted to complain at that point and simply went to bed. Overall, the experience was disappointing, primarily due to the absence of an on-site reception or any real human interaction. This setup made us feel unwelcome and unsupported.

Centralt boende i Hilleröd
Hotel som är centralt beläget. Vänlig personal. Rummet var ”normalstort” med de faciliteter man kan förvänta sig. Jag tycker dock att det är ”snålt” att det endast finns pappmuggar på rummet för tandborstning etc. Trots att vi hade öppet fönster hela natten var rummet väldigt varmt.

Trendy, clean and welcoming. Rooms are contemporary and sound proof. Luggage storage available for free. Healthy and hearty breakfast with allergy friendly options. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Be sure to check about access ahead of time on holidays, as they close their front reception.

Four points have basic but comfortable rooms. After staying in one previously, we found that here the tea and coffee was not available for free in the dining room but had to be paid for, or wait until after 8pm when some was left out! Obliviously, 4 points policies vary throughout the Country. Car park across the road but not free until after 8pm and starts again at 8am. Front reception staff were great.
