This is a return visit to Nautical Residences (we stayed for 27 days this time) and we were not disappointed. The room (202) was newly renovated and has views of both the marina and the Indian Ocean. The resort itself is always kept clean and tidy. The pool area is great (pool is a bit cold, especially when the temperatures reach nearly 40 degrees). Staff are all friendly and very helpful. My wife had an accident in our room one evening which required medical treatment. I made reception aware and the staff were superb and each time they saw us after they asked how she was doing (sorry I had to ruin a few towels guys!). Special thanks to Chris in reception who we have seen every time we visit. she always greets you with a smile and is always willing to give advice. Thanks again guys for a great stay and we will be seeing you in 2025 (if not before). Keep a sea view room free!

I absolutely love this place, and I would highly recommend it to everyone. We booked into a 5-star hotel in the city-it was shocking so we rang around and found Nautica Residences. It is the best decision I have made. I have loved my stay here and would highly recommend Nautica Residences. I will stay here every time I come to Perth!

The windows and/or doors need fixing. The wind whistled and rattled through them all night disturbing my sleep. Because my vehicle was being serviced I’d indicated I might need to stay a second night but that never eventuated (fortunately) so the next morning at 9.45am I checked out only to be told that a second night’s charge had been processed against my card. No problem, the receptionist said and she reversed the charge. But she didn’t include the surcharge fee of $3.75. When questioned I was told they don’t do that on refunds.!?%# A small amount but I’m annoyed - hence this review which I normally wouldn’t bother with.

VERY GOOD AS AWAYS, THEY MANAGED TO GET US IS FOR A FEW EXTRA DAYS AT THE END OF OUR STAY. WE ALWAYS STAY THERE WHEN VISITING FAMILY IN THE WEST. THE STAFF ARE HELPFUL AND KNOW THE LOCAL ATTRACTIONS. WE ARE LOOKING FOWARD TO OUR NEXT VISIT.

My 2 year old granddaughter and I had a short stay here this week. There was plenty for her to do, from walks around the Harbour walls, to the beach playground and the child friendly cafes. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The bed was comfortable and were were nice and cosy with the air con turned on warm.
