從抵達到退房，我對一切都很滿意。由其是服務，所有員工都有良好的工作態度，令我們有賓至如歸的感覺。 進入房間，琵琶湖就在眼前，心情舒暢。房間乾淨、寬敞，並且有足夠的設施。有洗面乳、乳液、乳液、浴巾、面膜等，室內穿著舒適，可以在晚餐或洗澡時穿著。冰箱裡的水很充足，每層樓都有飲水機。 期待頂樓的休息室，我們一邊欣賞琵琶湖的美景，一邊享用迎賓甜點、藍莓派和飲料，度過了輕鬆的時光。飲料包括酒精、咖啡、茶、橙汁，除了飲料之外還有爆米花及堅果。 一樓的公共浴場的水溫恰到好處，一邊眺望眼前的琵琶湖一邊放鬆身心。還有桑拿浴室。公共浴室提供毛巾也很好。洗完澡後，我們喝了醋梅黑豆茶。 晚餐也很棒。尤其是近江牛和近江米的美味給我留下了深刻的印象。這也是我第一次品嚐烤茄子濃湯。 自助早餐無論是品質還是數量都非常好。 炒近江牛肉和大津菠菜、甜肉和馬鈴薯與近江米飯很相配。新鮮蔬菜、鹽曲和蔬菜醬也不錯。 我非常喜歡新鮮出爐的法式吐司，所以我又點了一份。甜點有布丁、鬆餅和餅乾等烘焙食品。飲料包括冰沙和豆奶。 退房時工作人員幫我搬運了行李，並禮貌地與我告別。 這真是幸福的兩天。我想再次訪問。

The location deserves a solid 5 stars—it's conveniently situated at 5-9 Daitocho, Hikone, Shiga, offering easy access to key attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, earning another 5-star rating. The staff was friendly and accommodating, though a slightly higher rating for friendliness would enhance the overall experience. The value for money is excellent, with top-notch facilities that deserve a full 5 stars. The breakfast exceeded expectations, earning a perfect score. Overall, AB Hotel Hikone provides a fantastic stay with its prime location, cleanliness, value for money, and outstanding facilities. I highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a delightful and comfortable accommodation experience in Hikone, Japan.

A great place to stay near the station with friendly helpful staff and a somewhat pretty nice breakfast, considering it is complimentary. This hotel is close to Hikone Castle and the JR station. The hotel also offers a lot of parking space for free, which being close to the station is amazing! The room was clean and tidy with a typical Japanese style small bath. The only thing that upset us, was the lack of Onigiri which had been in the photos when booking. But. Again, the breakfast is complimentary and seasonal as said in the hotel, so no big issue! Would stay again!

After a crowded Kyoto, I love the peaceful and tranquil environment of this beautiful onsen hotel-ryokan and charming castle town. Everything about the hotel speaks of relaxation and well-being. It's only a 7-8min walk away from Hikone Train Station but there is a hotel shuttle that leaves at 9, 10 and 11 am if you need a drop off. Pick up could probably be arranged too. The hotel offers a pretty outdoor terrace with Castle view, an on-site spa with massage, a library lounge with free drinks till 10pm, a foot reflex corner and a compact onsen with a silk bath (all with Castle view) and hot stone benches. I had the whole onsen to myself in the evening, so it was very relaxing. The staff are kind and lovely too, making an effort to explain all the services and amenities in English. The buffet breakfast was also one of the better ones I've seen in my trips to Japan. If you're visiting the Castle, the entrance road is right outside the hotel. The main castle road is about 5-10 min away but you will pass by a famous Japanese confectionery, Taneya and Club Harie. Their souvenirs are one that even the Japanese cherish. I would wish to come here again with my partner one day. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Place was extremely convenient, next to Hikone station and walking distance from almost all of Hikone's attractions (Castle, food street etc.) To enjoy Lake Biwa, you can get a rental cycle for free, you just need to check with the concierge 😄 Other than that, the residents of Hikone were really friendly, even at non-touristy restaurants and izakayas. I had a great stay.

I stayed at the child's exam. It was good that it was clean. The customer service is also good. The breakfast buffet was delicious, but it's perfect if you can put fruit.

미나미히코네역에서 가깝고 직원들이 무척 친절하고 지나갈때마다 인사를 했다.아침식사는 별로 먹지 않았는데 내 입맛에는 별로였다.2층 끝방이라 전철 소리가 크게 들렸다.로비에 베개나 잠옷도 비치되어있고 화장품이나 마스크팩 등 다양해서 좋았고 음료 서비스도 있어서 좋았다.번호로 문을 열고 청소해달라는 표시를 안하면 문 앞에 새 수건을 갖다 주고 방안에 들어오지 않아서 편리했다

Although the room is small, it has everything you need. The hotel has parking for 500 yen per night, which is suitable for us who drive by ourselves. The room is close to the railway track, but fortunately the double-glazed glass has almost no impact. Except for the small room, everything else is good.

Although we stayed on a weekday after Golden Week, we were given a surprisingly spacious room, which allowed us to relax at our leisure. The bath was for private use, and the tub was large and the facilities were impeccable. The building is old but charming, and parking was free. This is an inn that offers great value for money and is one that I would confidently recommend to my acquaintances, as one that I would like to visit again.
