各方面與價格不匹配，給我們的房間兩個空調都是壞的，讓換房間不給換，非要叫人來修，弄得滿地都是水，不建議來住，照片肯定是好看的，但是都是假象

We had a wonderful time at crystal sands.Since we arrived to the hotel we had a marvelous experience. Foods , Hospitality, cleanliness was brilliant. Special thanks for Dilshan at reception. We will come back again. Thank you crystal sands👍😘❤️💕

I'm soo in love with this place. I have visited there for my birthday celebration. The place is So calming and the staff is really good and supportive! And the food is heavenly delicious! We really enjoyed staying there.Thank you so much for having us! All the very best! 🌹

Had an absolutely fantastic get away..! Everything from making the booking, the feedback and support, and the actual stay was phenomenal. Special thanks to Mr. Nazar who guided me and made sure that we got a fantastic experience. Also have to mention the wonderful staff including Miss. Kavindi, Mr. Ahirush Aloka and Mr.Dimuthu, who took such nice care of us. This trip was special as it marked our Anniversary and also had a new member to accompany us this year. There was a wonderful Anniversary surprise waiting for us at our suite and also, among many difficulties, the staff made sure we had a baby cot, in which our son soundly slept. The Apartment is what you dream of when you think of a compact home - you have everything you need. It's super clean, well laid out and offers beautiful views from your personal dip pool. Food is super tasty and so worth the money. Specially the room service is so good. Highly recommend Crystal Sands for your next trip, down south..!!

We came to Crystal Sands with a large group and took two apartments. The place was amazing! We had a breathtaking and unimpeded view of the majestic Indian Ocean from our massive balcony, which had a lovely plunge pool for us to cool off. The apartments are spacious and luxurious, as well as full of everything we needed. On the top floor is a great infinity pool, and it’s also on that floor where the restaurant is. The food was absolutely delicious and of first rate quality. Everyone who works at Crystal Sands is welcoming, warm, and willing to do almost anything to ensure their guests feel at home and can enjoy themselves. We will definitely be returning!

We had an amazing two nights stay at The Sands Suite. The amenities were first-class, and the level of cleanliness was impressive. The plunge pool was a highlight, offering a perfect way to relax. The meals were absolutely delicious, with the vegetarian pasta and rice and curry standing out as our favorites. The desserts were also a delightful treat. Overall, our stay exceeded our expectations, and we are already planning our return. A special shoutout to Miss Deepani from the front desk, who gave us a thorough tour and made sure we felt right at home. We can't wait to come back

I had an exceptional stay at Crystal Sands Hikkaduwa. The hotel is impeccably clean with stunning views that perfectly showcase the beauty of Hikkaduwa. The splash pool was a lovely feature, perfect for relaxation. A special mention to Najath for his friendly and excellent service, Lakmal for his professionalism, and Dilki for the outstanding in-room dining experience. The chefs deserve high praise for the delicious meals. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area! Thank you Andrew & Christel Marshall

One of the best ever vacation we have had. Usually it takes a day to settle in and then upon the third day only you will feel the relaxation setting in. But at Crystal Sands we felt relaxed from the moment we stepped into our villa where the ambience of the villa and the sea and eternal sea takes your breath away...and one can keep looking to the horizon for ever, which can help one reflect on life and many things. The staff was par excellence as even the minute detail was looked into to make our stay a relaxed and fulfilling one. Cannot name all but Dilki, the restaurant manager and the rest plus the housekeeping Hirusha Aloka, Ryan and the rest of the front office staff also the security personnel treated us and helped us to have a peaceful and beautiful stay. The food was top notch and the variety, for the price charged. Very sad it was a short holiday for us. Definitely will come again.

Beautiful hotel suits with plunge pool. Full board meals were exceptional. From plating to potion size to taste on par with 5 star restaurants in USA. Staff were attentive, polite and went out of their way to accommodate guests. Definitely recommend for a relaxing vacation with fine dining for couples or families.
