Everything does not match the price. Both air conditioners in the room we were given were broken. When asked to change rooms, they were not replaced. We had to ask someone to fix it, which caused water all over the floor. I don’t recommend staying there. The photos are definitely nice. Yes, but they are all illusions

The experience we had at Crystal Sands was excellent. The accommodation was better than I expected and the staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was to a very high standard and then menu had a very good choice, breakfast was excellent and the omelettes amazing. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Our stay in crystal sands was amazing as always. The accommodation was comfortable and we had a great view of the ocean. There was a lovely plunge pool in the balcony as well. The service provided, especially by restaurant staff Dilki and Rakitha was great and contributed to a smooth stay.

We recently stayed at Crystal Sands in Hikkaduwa, and it was absolutely incredible. The food was absolutely amazing, all thanks to Chef Krishantha and his amazing team. Kavindi and Dilki went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they were so warm and professional. The entire staff was fantastic and clearly very well-trained. The rooms were modern, beautifully designed, and way better than we expected. The location was stunning and felt really secure, which made it the perfect place to unwind. It was worth every cent, and we had such a great time. Big thanks to the whole team—we can’t wait to come back on our next holiday!

Excellent place. The villa was very specious & had a touch of luxury. Breath taking ocean view with private jacuzzi type pool. Very clean beach. Food was excellent. Infinity pool on the roof top was once again great. Staff was very professional & very sincere. Specially restaurant staff Ms. Dilki. She was so kind enough to arrange a cake for our anniversary without requesting. Overall it was a great experience & a memorable one. Thank you for the great hospitality.

It was an excellent stay at Crystal Sands close by the lovely suthern beach. Hospitality offered by the whole team was at its best. @Asela Jayasekare made the reservation more convenient and @Dilki and team made the dininig at the restaurant remarkable.

We had a wonderfull stay at this hotell. It is perfectly located on the beach, a short distance to the busier part of Hikkaduwa. The standard was consistently high, the rooms was large and tasteful, and the service excellent. The staff were consistently attentive and service minded. Lovely view from the hotel's restaurant and pool area on the top floor.
