Hôtel moderne avec une situation magnifique en bord de plage. Nous avions la chance d'avoir le penthouse du 301 qui est vraiment incroyable, qui en réalité est un appartement, cuisine équipé, machine a laver, douche extérieur magnifique, avec plusieurs chambre et un étage ( 3 éme) totalement réservé. Ps : Des amis avaient eux des chambres plus classique, qui étaient très bien également. Avec une vue incroyable de la terrasse du penthouse sur la merr et la piscine de l’hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment à l'écoute et très professionnel. La chambre était niquel à chaque fois, et pour l'anecdote, ma valise (qui était un vrai ******) ils me l'ont rangé de A à Z. Pour ce qui est du déjeuné, manque un peu de diversité, mais pour ce qui est du restaurant du soir, c'est vraiment bon! Avec un personnel aux petits soins, et propreté que ça soit de l’hôtel et des toilettes qui au Sri Lanka peut parfois manquer, je recommande cet hotel !

From the moment we arrived to the hotel we were welcomed with a bottle of water and complimentary smoothie. Our room was perfect. Very modern and spotless. The hotel staff cleaned our room to perfection each day while we were out. All staff so friendly and accommodating, Breakfast was beautiful. 3 egg omelette, fresh fruit, fish and French toast every morning. A special thanks to Tyronne and all his staff in the restaurant who were a pleasure to meet every morning. Beach front location was perfect to wake up for a morning run and breakfast on the beach after.

What a beautiful and amazing location and hotel. I loved that it was almost boutique style. We upgraded our room and boy was that the most beautiful and breathtaking view with the waves almost touching our toes we were on the doorstep of the beautiful sound of crashing waves. The staff were super attentive and it was an all round relaxed vibe. The service is immaculate, even though the breakfast can do with including a few more things for guests to choose from, it was by far the best location and the pool was just the most serene pool. It’s family friendly, they included us in the Xmas eve dinner and it was so special. The releasing of the turtles was such a thoughtful little activity to do with the guests. I did not want to leave this place, I loved our room so much, we stayed in room 208. To us it was the presidential suite, our safe haven to recoup from our busy schedules and lives. The area of Hikkaduwa has imprinted on our hearts and the lucky elephant feels like home. We booked the airport transfer and were picked up swiftly, on time and driven 2 hours to the airport, thank u for this service, we took the same service back to the airport on our departure and our driver was the most amazing driver, taking much care to get us safely to the airport, such amazing humans in this country. What a special place with special people who are the beating heart of the hotel. We love u lucky elephant, the staff, The location and Hikkaduwa. Thank u for taking caring of us and for making us feel at home, allowing us to unwind, and forget the world for a while, we cannot wait to come back and stay in room 208 again. Very good hotel, great service in awesome location
My stay was good. Incredible beach; great temperature water, loved it. You could hear waves crashing all night. Great spot. Room was excellent, but the best was the service…. I had lost an expensive pair of sunglasses and was really upset I lost them and while eating breakfast one of the porters came and handed them to me. I couldn’t have been happier as I had 2 more weeks of travel and this guy saved the day. Loved it!

De kamers zijn basic, maar ruim en schoon. De bedden ietwat hard, maar heb hier toch heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt is beperkt. Het zwembad groot en schoon en binnen 10 meter lig je in de Indische Oceaan. Restaurant heeft grote keus en alles is lekker vers. Je kunt een paar kilometer langs het strand wandelen richting Hikkaduwa. Personeel is vriendelijk.

If you’re planning on staying in Hikkaduwa for a few days, this would be the ideal place. We stayed here for 3 nights as we are travelling around Sri Lanka. It is literally ON the beach, the rooms are spacious (with incredible AC), the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Do not expect anything fancy with the gym - it is literally a treadmill and a couple of machines under the building with rubbish AC in a tiny hot room. Overall, an ideal place to stay as Uber is very easy to use. Fantastic area to relax.

This hotel was beautiful. It was located on the beach front and the views were amazing. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the hotel pool was perfect overlooking the ocean. The staff were friendly and extremely accomodating. Very attentive and all working very hard. Would definitely recommend staying here.
