This is a lovely little hotel right on a most beautiful beach. Every one of the staff were so helpful and pleasant. Our bedroom was spotless and had a lovely balcony overlooking the restaurant and ocean ( as do all bedrooms). There is a small pool at the front of the property which is ideal for a dip and a bit of shade. The hotel also have a courtesy tuk tuk to take you to places within 5 km. my husband and I and our friends had a wonderful time staying here.

Beautifully fitted-out boutique hotel. Perfectly located a few kms from the busy main *****. (The hotel offers a free tuk tuk service within 5kms which was really handy). Certainly the nicest beach frontage of all the hotels we looked at whilst walking up the beach. Rooms are well appointed, beds comfortable. There are various beautiful spaces to relax, swim, read, eat. The staff were wonderfully welcoming and accommodating - as we had come to realise is the nature of the Sri Lankan people generally :) Ticked all our boxes - highly recommend.

I booked a reservation directly on BK hotel website January 11, 2024 for a stay December 28th 2024- January 1, 2025 so almost a year in advance. When I booked I received a confirmation email with these dates as well as a log-in to the hotel portal which showed 12/28-1/1 dates. On December 3rd I received a WhatsApp asking what time I was arriving and I said 3pm. I didn’t realize the date on the WhatsApp was December 30th which was not my checkin in date. On December 19th while confirming details with my driver in Sri Lanka I go on the hotel portal to prepay for my reservation and the check-in date was changed to December 30th! I WhatsApp the hotel with my confirmation email and asked why they changed my check-in date that I didn’t authorize and whomever was messaging was rude and said nothing could be done. I made a reservation almost a YEAR in advance and you randomly change my dates. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels across 84 countries and never experienced this! I had my driver call and the hotel was rude to him as well so I cancelled the reservation and booked another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! The employees are dishonest and don’t honor reservations.

Останавливались в этом отеле с мужем в ноябре на 3 ночи. Отель замечательный, но главная его ценность это персонал. Все очень приветливые, стараются помочь, подсказать и сделать Ваше пребывание в отеле максимально комфортным. К сожалению, не запомнила имя менеджера на ресепшене, благодаря которому у нас остались наилучшие впечатления от отдыха. Когда купили фруктов на рынке, то он бесплатно порезал их для нас, также ребята приготовили завтрак пораньше, чтобы мы успели в аэропорт, донесли вещи до машины, проводили итд. Все эти мелочи бесценны🫶🏻 Сам отель новый. Есть возможность заказать еду по меню. Мы брали бургеры, пиццу, спринг ролы, курицу. Все было вкусно. Завтраки также отличные и плотные☝🏻 Вид из всех номеров прямо на океан, можно купаться на волнах, если Вы уверено чувствуете себя на воде. Отель расположен чуть в стороне от центра, но есть тук-тук, который бесплатно отвезет Вас на пляж, или на рынок фруктов/рыбы итд. Мы с мужем остались в восторге, отель подходит для уединенного романтичного отдыха. Шум океана, что еще нужно для счастья. Скучаем❤️🔥

Schönes kleines Boutique-Hotel direkt am Strand. Die Zimmer sind super schön und vor allem die in der 2. Etage haben einen super Ausblick aufs Meer und viel Privatsphäre. Es ist ruhig gelegen, abseits des Trubels aber es gibt einen kostenlosen Tuktuk Service, den man nutzen kann. Nettes Personal und sehr leckeres Essen! Vor allem das Seafood ist empfehlenswert. Es gibt einen süßen kleinen Welpen, der den Aufenthalt noch kurzweiliger werden lässt. Unbedingt die Massage buchen - so gut! Eine der besten, die ich bisher hatte. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Das BK Beach Boutique Hotel ist ein super schönes und stylisches Hotel in dem man sich nur wohlfühlen kann. Leider habe ich das Hotel erst vor Ort entdeckt und hatte bereits ein anderes Hotel gebucht, war aber bei jeder Gelegenheit im BK Beach Boutique Hotel. Entweder um das leckere Essen oder die unfassbar guten Massagen zu genießen. Abschließend muss ich noch erwähnen, dass sowohl die Besitzer als auch das Personal super freundlich sind und jeden Wunsch erfüllen. Beim nächsten Sri Lanka Aufenthalt steht deswegen schon der Besuch im BK Beach Boutique Hotel ganz oben auf meiner Liste. Hier kann man guten Gewissens nur 5* Sterne vergeben.

Petite structure très récente, design soigné moderne, un peu à l’écart de l’agitation de la station, et donc tres calme, avec la plage quasiment déserte… un bonheur ! Chambres au magnifique parquet, literie et sanitaires de grand confort impeccables. Le personnel est très charmant et attentif. L’accueil est très chaleureux. Le spa à prix très doux… Le petit déjeuner est au choix (Sri Lanka ou occidental): Goûteux et généreux. Il est servi en bord de plage sous les cocotiers. Peut être est il dommage que la piscine soit à l’ombre une grande partie de la journée mais cela ne ternit pas du tout le plaisir que nous avons eu à séjourner dans cet hôtel.

This hotel is everything you would want on a laidback holiday. Stayed here for 4 nights and it’s the staff that is absolutely wonderful. From the moment you check in to the point you checkout, they are always there to have a friendly chat, offer any help, share a laugh with you. In other words, it felt like home. Location is perfect! Right at the beach and just perfectly situated a bit away from the market area so you are not in the center of all the madness. They have a free tuk tuk ride to drop and pick you up within a 5km radius. Breakfast was clean and simple, don’t expect the world, yet it is beautifully put together and you get to choose the contents a night before. The hotel is artistically done with modern interiors and has a minimalistic theme to it. Overall, I would highly recommend BK Beach to couples and families. And a big shoutout to their lovely staff members who made this stay absolutely memorable. Will definitely come back again!
