Hotel great location
Room ok bed rock hard and low could feel the springs through the mattress every time you moved the springs creaked so not the best sleep kettle was filthy bathroom mouldy dirty marks on the sofa and the chair looked like someone had spilled something on it not clean
Ironing board filthy and the iron stunk when using it of mouldy dirty water

Room too hot. Asked reception. They said they would turn down the temp from the main office. No windows unfortunately due to location near M40 etc.

The hotel was great for but more importantly the staff were excellent - very friendly, accommodating, helpful.... I loved everything about our stay there

Great hotel great staff. If you have an electric car avoid as all guests park in charging bays. Four cars are not electric in bays all night.
It needs sorting as I had no charge and I was not able to charge. Really annoying as it should not happen.
